This hotel was a delightful surprise in Trail. Great location that offers you the ability to walk to everything in town. Fantastic selection of restaurants just minutes away. Nice to walk by the river and view the scenery. The room was beautiful, clean and bright. Comfortable furnishings offering a great sleep. Was nice to grab coffee,granola bar and fruit on my way out in the mornings. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some of the family had a drink in the lounge and enjoyed it. There were a number of cafes and take away options within easy walking distance.

Went for a walk around in the evening was nice the community relaxing outdoors. This location didn’t have a restaurant but the rooms were equipped with a kitchen. As you leave in the morning they do have coffee, snacks, fruits, and bottled water.

we came to trail,bc for a concert. jessica from best western columbia river hotel in trail, bc planned our stay. she reserved us a suite at the crown columbia hotel in trail,bc. this hotel is one of the most impressive we have stayed at. the hotel itself is immaculate. the furnishings and art(wonderful photographs of the columbia river) add much to the experience. the hotel staff is flawless. we had dinner at the columbia steakhouse in the best western columbia river hotel. the meal, ambience and staff at the restaurant added to the great experience we had overall. memorable is the best word for the crown columbia hotel and the columbia steakhouse

Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are great and the customer service is outstanding. We were upgraded to this hotel at no charge to us and very much appreciated the experience. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Don't let the historic exterior fool you. It's a nice place to stay. Location is central. Next to scenic walkway along river. Easy parking for inner-city hotel. Large beautiful rooms. Nicely renovated historic hotel. Close to the ***** of shops and restaurants. Decent fitness centre as well.

This hotel was restored and sits in yhe center of town. Rooms are huge and have functioning kitchens. Everything is new and updated. Staff is fantastic. Restaurant across the street has all meals. Weaved this hotel. It's a great value for the room, location, staff and updated rooms. We will be back.

Stayed at BW Crown Columbia Sept 21/2022. I have stayed at this hotel before and return because I have had a good experience in my previous stays. Great service, location, rooms and always clean. Will stay here again

Our family of 8 stayed here in 4 rooms. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff are the best, super friendly and very helpful. The bar is very cool, restored from original. The refinery brewery down the street has good beer and good food. We enjoyed our three nights here a s would stay here again the next time we are in Trail.
