Hôtels 5 étoiles à Tokyo Chiyoda

J'habitais dans une tour et je pensais que ce ne serait pas bien. Après y être resté trois jours, j'étais satisfait. Tout d'abord, le service desk est patient. Deuxièmement, lorsque vous arrivez dans la salle, un serveur vient dans la salle pour vous présenter l'utilisation de la salle. Le plus important est que vous viviez dans une tour. Vous n'avez pas besoin de passer par l'entrée principale pour sortir. Si vous sortez par la porte latérale de la tour, vous pouvez rejoindre la rue des snacks et la rue commerçante de Ginza. en deux minutes, ce qui est absolument pratique. J'ai demandé à Saiwen en bas. Il y avait une variété d'options de petit-déjeuner. C'était également très bien d'organiser une journée sans prendre de petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel.

La beauté de l'endroit est époustouflante et les installations haut de gamme nous ont offert un confort absolu. Le personnel est chaleureux et très professionnel, mais nous tenons à souligner l'exceptionnelle disponibilité et le dévouement du directeur Monsieur Hugo Sanalitro. En tant que voyageurs expérimentés, nous pouvons dire sans hésiter que cet hôtel est l'un des plus beaux et des plus bien gérés que nous ayons jamais visités. Merci pour ce mémorable séjour.

The hotel locates at the tranquil part of Tokyo with convenient access to restaurants and subway stations. The highlight of my stay was the astonishing view outside the window, which can look at the Sky Tree Tower from afar, very clear though. Also, the hotel has the oldest Japanese Park.

This is the most spectacular hotel we have ever stayed in. My husband and I just spent three weeks in Japan for our honeymoon, and we spent our first two nights in Japan at the wonderful Hoshinoya in Tokyo. It was an experience that was unmatched in the rest of Japan! The amount of thoughtfulness and care that goes into every detail is astounding. The rooms are VERY comfortable and gorgeous, and I really enjoyed the shared communal space on our floor to make coffee and get a treat or snack. The onsen is OUT OF THIS WORLD ridiculous, with an open air skylight. AND, the food is delicious and made with all of the detail and flavor you would expect out of Japanese food. We got the Japanese breakfast in our room both days, and splurged on dinner at the restaurant hotel, which was one of the best meals we have ever had. 15/10 recommend this hotel if you can afford it - we would have happily stayed here for our entire trip!

I stayed here recently and enjoyed my time here. As a lot of people have said in other reviews, this place is dated but it’s clean (very clean in fact) and very well maintained. The staff is super nice and were very accommodating to our requests (which wasn’t much. Just turndown service everyday). Our hotel room was on the 9th floor and was considered part of their “club level” floor. We got a special menu (that I assume is different from the rest) and a free local newspaper every morning. The room itself was tiny and for such a small space, was over-furnished. If they removed two of the four chairs in the room I think it would’ve been roomy. The room has two twin beds and were firm. The bathroom is also very small but it does the job. There is a vanity just outside of the bathroom and also a desk area in the main living space. There is complimentary wifi that was fast enough for me to stream my Netflix and YouTube without any hiccups. Overall the room was comfortable and I felt rested every morning. The hotel itself is split into two: The Main and The Garden Towers. In between the two there is a very beautiful garden that was a nice oasis in the middle of the city. There’s quite a few shops which sold quality goods and there are a lot of restaurants. I tried Trader Vic’s for lunch and Kato’s for dinner and drinks. Talk about expensive! But it’s a hotel so expect a serious up charge. I also treated myself to room service and it was also expensive but the food was excellent and well worth the expense. Besides those three days of eating hotel food, I basically subsisted off of food purchases from Family Mart which was conveniently located inside the garden tower section of the hotel as well as the local restaurants in the area which is a brisk 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. The subway station is not too far from the hotel and if you need a taxi there is no shortage of them as you can hail one at either tower entrances. I really enjoyed my stay here. What the New Otani lacks in modernity more than makes up for in their quality service. If you’re ever looking for a place to stay in Tokyo this is a place to consider.

Nous voulions un hôtel près de la station de Tokyo, alors que nous voyageons par Shinkansen, et il ne se rapproche pas beaucoup de cela. La chambre était spacieuse comme prévu, avec vue sur Nihonbashi et le côté est. Nous avons beaucoup de chambre pour ouvrir nos sacs. La chaise longue près des fenêtres était un endroit confortable pour passer du temps. La salle de bains était équipée d'une douche à côté du bain, avec un mur de verre qui signifie qu'on peut être dans la salle de bains et regarder non seulement la salle, mais le reste de Tokyo si des cortinas sont désirées. La première plainte que j'ai faite était le manque de chaînes de télévision avec la radio anglaise ou non japonaise. Le service était autrement bon, avec un check-out disponible via l'application Shangri-La sur le téléphone mobile de l'un.

La chambre est confortable et confortable. Nous avons une chambre à fumer par erreur sur la réservation et ils sont gentils de nous permettre de passer à une petite chambre sans fumer. Le personnel était compréhensible et utile malgré la réservation était extrêmement pleine. Nous sommes très reconnaissants de leur aide! L'hôtel est extrêmement central à Ginza et il est rare u obtenir un tel accueil confortable là avec ce prix et cette taille!

L'emplacement était très bon car il était directement relié au bâtiment de la gare. La chambre était au 30ème étage et au-dessus, donc la vue était belle et l'hospitalité du personnel était généralement satisfaisante. Cependant, même si j'avais demandé un service de couverture, il n'y avait pas de nouvelles après un certain temps. J'ai refusé parce qu'il était tard, mais... C'est un service, donc il n'est pas bon d'en attendre trop, et c'est peut-être inévitable, mais j'ai été un peu déçu car j'ai payé un prix raisonnable pour un hôtel cinq étoiles. J'ai reçu des excuses lors de mon départ, mais je pense que cela aurait été bien d'avoir un autre service fourni.
