The hotel is 30mins ride away from jetty and the road was bumpy and steep and it cost rm30 per trip per pax. Won't recommend for elderly and small children as the ride is very bumpy and my husband felt car sick after the ride. The hotel is quite clean but the beach cannot snorkel as there is waves. It is more suitable for surfing. There is nothing much to do at the resort in the afternoon either go to ali waterfall or swim at the pool. Will book other hotels next time.

Hotel location is good. Not a lot of restaurants nearby. Not a lot of food options in hotel. Cleanliness was very bad. I found lizards and cockroaches in my room. Towels had a bad smell and stains. Shower by the pool had dirt coming out of the shower. Not alot of activities. Will visit Tioman again but stay at a different place.

Chalet Room good.. location of this resort is good. Food is good. 400meters you can get more food stall .
Transport 4x4 charges RM30. x2ways.
Facility is good. Swimming pool good. 3G line only with wifi. Tioman Kg.Juara Beach is fantastic ..Only services, nothing much to say….hmmm.

Sadly we couldnt proceed with our holiday due to bad weather and ferry service temporarily stop. Called the hotel and they allowed us to reschedule stay until 31st december. Thanks for the understanding 👍🏻

View cantik tapi sayang , banyak benda dalam villa yang kami stay perlu dibetulkan (paip bocor , lubang sumbat & lain lain ). peralatan macam sport pun dah rosak rosak dibaginya tapu still bayar full 😂 kebersihan tak ada 🥲 tv pun tak tahu apa kegunaan nya . nak buka tv biasa tade aerial , buka astro tade astro , nak buka internet bukan smart tv . wifi pun tak boleh guna , boleh connect but internet tade . paling sedih makan kat sini , dah lah mahal . sekali dapat ayam dah lama , dah busuk & hitam 😭 tapi service tiptop

Clean room, clean beach, good location. However to reach this area is a longer journey and need to book a 30 minute 4wd ride to reach this side of tioman

Chill hotel, staffs are friendly and accommodating, receptionists are doing a great job. Food is towards the expensive side but there are other food options around. Would be great if the hotel stop charging in-house guests for snorkeling equipment. Nevertheless, we enjoy our time in Barat.

Best and quiet place to stay with family. Not a place where the nights are alive. Best food too at the corner of the hotel.
The beach at the hotel's front is clean, the only thing I hope was, there were coral reefs too.
