Excellent services by vivanta dal view...i and my family enjoyed a lot at the lunch...food was just amazing and service was also great special thanks to mr.masood , mr.nayeem, mr. danish & mr. sahbaaz meer who take care of us.... thanks to all ..we will visit again soon...

Hlo Vivanta Today i came vivanta n i swear what a service they have . Well behaved staff n the way they behave n guide .Their guidelines r amazing. Especially Mr Mir, Mr tariq, n ***ager Nr jagdev ☺️😊👍👍👍

Nce ambience n calm environment,I usually visit ***y restaurants but coffee n service by Mr Danish was extraordinary.The level of service n hospitality he showed was extreme.I had a wonderful experience 👌 Thanks Dear Danish

Imran and mir in vivanta has a good service and overall food was good also the experience with the staff was nice. The view and aesthitics was nice. Food was alsonvery good in taste. Great service overall

Visited vivanta taj for dinner place is amazing and view is very beautiful The food is very yummy delicious. I would like to appreciate the services of ***ager Mr jadgev and Mr Nayeem and service by Aijaz and in Near to lobby Danish were very humble helpful .and chef sunil was all around.

“Gar firdaus bar-rue zamin ast, hami asto, hamin asto, hamin ast.”- meaning - “If there is a heaven on earth, it's here, it's here, it's here.” I would tend to agree with Jehangir for his comments more so because i stayed at Vivanta by Taj, Dal Lake, Srinagar. Absolutely stunning location with heavenly sights. The views from Sunrise to Sunset were stunning as well as the night views were from another planet. Loved being on the balcony or the terrace from where you can see the whole of Srinagar and beyond. The hotel is very well run and being an Ex- hotelier would love to compliment the ***agement of Taj for running an an absolute Gem. We stayed 2 nights out of our 6 day ski trip and was really marvellous with brilliant Kashmiri food from In- room Dining, Great gastronomic selection at the coffee Shop and the Chefs were always willing to add a spl request like an ABC juice during Breakfast. The Restaurant ***ager & the Chef were ever present and always checked on us about our day. Also enjoyed a great dineout in - 2 C with a Bonfire with some absolutely delish personalized meal under the stars. The experience was undoubtedly the highlight of the trip and would recommend this to all who want to impress their partner or guests. The Car & Driver from the hotel were professional and showed us around the best sights and helped us with the some great shopping places as well as best place for Lunch @ Adhoos ( A must visit and gr8 Lunch spot). Small touches like a farewell gift and filling the car with bottles of water by the bellboys are what make hotel buildings, great institutions. The Vivanta by Taj, Srinagar seems to be one such and I am sure is setting the standard for Hospitality in the Valley. Would like to Thank the Stars @ Taj : Iqbal ( FO) , Chef Katoch, Arif, Mir & Mr Davinder and the very personable Mr Jitendra Chand ( GM). They are keeping the Tajness at the fore and winning hearts everyday.
