The Residence Inn Pinehurst Southern Pines is a great hotel. It is probably the nicest Residence Inn we have ever stayed in. The rooms were large and were modernly fashioned. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location to restaurants and stores. Large rooms , friendly staff, very clean , seemed new , easy access to main roadways , offer free breakfast, its minimal but it's free, had outside pool but weather was cold on our visit , plenty of parking , easy check in

Overall clean. Shower curtain did have some stains and some looked like red blood stains. Carpet was separated at the entrance. Conditioner bottle was empty in one of the bathrooms. Overall I would stay here again

Almost clean hotel with absolutely zero service. We have been staying here four nights and have had no service at all. It took two phone calls and two days to fix television. The light bulb in bathroom was out for the entire stay although it was reported. That light bulb was the only light for the bathtub so it was unsafe for it to be out. On day three the towels were taken and not replaced and no cleaning was done at all. There was a knife in the drawer of the suite with food on it and the disposable salt and pepper was already used and emptied. Premium price for what is a disappointing experience.

Have stayed here a few times over the past 3 years - mainly because they have a 2 bed, 2 bath option which is great. Hotel staff are professional and decent. Breakfast is OKI. Great location as it is close to most everything in Pinehurst. Certainly is in need of refurbishment, but OK for a short stay.

We had booked another hotel for this weekend, but when we got there it was sub-standard for its brand. We called Residence Inn and they got us a room, but told us they were remodelling. Ecept for the dumpsters out back, and meeting the occasional worker, you couldn't tell they were working. We got a renovated room. It was great! The hotel staff was very good, thank you Bobbie and Megan for all your help. My little girls loved the pool. If you are ever in the Pineshurst/Sourthern Pines area, stay here.

Since my family lives in the area and works at Ft Bragg I come to this area often as possible. I have stayed here 14 times over the years. Candace at the front desk is easy as pie to talk to. Close to freeway #1. 22 restaurants within walking distance. Quiet and comfortable

First of all, when I checked in the girl at the desk had trouble with my company credit card. After calling the credit card company, found out that according to their records she never really tried it so she must’ve been doing it wrong. As of this writing in April 20 22, they are renovating this place so there is construction equipment and materials on the west side of the property. Apparently the room I was given was not renovated yet. There were no USB charging ports, and it was a handicap accessible room which I specifically did not select when I booked the room. The shower worked OK, but turning it on was a mess and the spout for the tub felt like it wanted to pull off of the wall. Room 104 sucks. The bed was comfortable but Marriott and Hilton need to get together. Marriott has better mattresses but Hilton has better pillows. Just my opinion

Rooms are very large , beds are comfortable, rates are good but best of all is location . It is across from a ***** mall and less than 5 minutes in any direction from other stores and tons of restaurants, easy access and will definitely stay here again
