I am super thankful for this hotel. I made a mistake with my reservation (double book) and I asked trip to help me to cancel it with the hotel and first they said it can’t be cancelled and I understand. After we checked out, trip called and said the hotel (Keio) agree to refund my other reservation.
Thank you so much trip.com and Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for your understanding, it made my day.
Their service also the best, we across the traffic light near the hotel and when we haven’t even reached the lobby door, their staff already come to us and helped us with our luggage, so a nice welcome. The check in process also quick and easy. The hotel room for Japan standard consider big enough.
And also we can have airport limousine bus right in front of the hotel.
