Hôtel magnifique dans un quartier en pleine rénovation, mais très calme, un peu à l'écart du centre mais sur le Riverwalk. Dans une ancienne brasserie entièrement réaménagée mais dont de nombreuses choses ont été conservées...le béton brut, les cuves et les machines côtoient le bois, le cuir et le velours ! Fabuleux bar et hall d'accueil, superbe bibliothèque, très belle piscine (et son original foodtruck) au calme avec vue sur San Antonio. Aucune faute de goût dans la chambre très confortable...avec beaucoup de petites attentions pour les clients. Restauration de qualité avec notamment un très bon petit déjeuner à la carte (pancakes divins !). Enfin staff (encore merci pour votre accueil Chris) et personnel très attentionnés aux petits soins pour la clientèle. Nous serions volontiers restés plus longtemps à l'hôtel EMMA....!

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. I've never had a stay like this at any hotel. The kindness and care we received at all points of staying there and eating at associated restaurants was mind blowing.

What can I say? Hotel Emma was simply amazing. I was contacted by the concierge prior to my check in and per her recommendations, I reserved seating at Sternewirth and a couple spots on their historical tour. Both were awesome. I highly recommend reserving seating in one of the former tanks at Sternewirth if you plan to enjoy some cocktails. The noise level gets pretty hig in the evening and the tank serves as a sound barrier! There is even a call button inside the tank you can press for service. Seating is comfortable and the drinks were tasty. I enjoyed their Three Emmas, Dragonfall, and Golden Truth (alcohol-free) cocktails. Conveniently located in the Pearl District, we enjoyed the weekend farmer's market and a live band at Stable Hall. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the balcony view of the Riverwalk and fireplace. They also offer guests exclusive access to their library which was a nice quiet spot to enjoy a few complementary beverages and look at their book collection. Staff were all welcoming and attentive.
