Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel en périphérie de Pristina. La chambre était propre, un design au top. Le restaurant et bar étaient très bien aussi, la nourriture parfaite et les cocktails très bons. Le personnel est très serviable, et parle bien anglais si on ne parle pas albanais! La cerise sur le gâteau est l'espace spa avec une magnifique piscine intérieure chauffée, des hammams, sauna et jacuzzi. Nous avons profité d'un massage en duo très agréable. Le seul bémol est la lumière dans la chambre qui passe par la verrière de la salle de bain: très esthétique mais pas pratique si l'on aime dormir dans le noir... et également les femmes de chambre qui parlent (très fort) au téléphone dans le couloir ou dans les chambres voisines de bonne heure le matin, grasse matinée difficile! Il est à noter également que l'hôtel est loin du centre ville. Il faut utiliser des taxis à chaque fois pour se déplacer. Je recommande néanmoins fortement cet hôtel!

The Four Points by Sheraton in Pristina is a wonderful hotel, staffed by wonderful employees. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I give the hotel 4 stars because the breakfast, though good, was always ready later than advertised. However, I give 5 stars to Beni, one of the masseuses in the spa. My husband and I would come back just to see her again as her technique is fabulous. Best massage I’ve had in years! She, and the responsiveness of the entire staff, bumps the overall score to Excellent. :-)

The best nights in Kosova you will find here at the hotel four points. Arta and Emigreta were the best of the front desk attendants, they help my crew and I with any needs required! We had a beautiful experience, I will come back time after time if we could experience more time with the impecable staff.

Please visit BENI for a body massage. She's the greatest. I am booking another massage before I leave with her. She is incredible, and I was so relaxed. She brought me tea after the massage/It was a fantastic experience, 10/10. You won't be disappointed—following the fitness center at the 4 Points Sheraton Hotel. Wonderful Hotel! All qualities in one place, spa, gym, restaurant. Very professional team on Gym & Spa. Excelent cleanliness and maximum customer care in all amenities. Linda on Spa, is the best in the town. I recommend to make a appointment and enjoy the Four Season luxuries.

The Four Points Pristina gets my vote as possibly the best Four Points hotel in the world. It’s got a swimming pool and spa, full bar, great rooms, all of which qualifies it as a five star hotel. But most important is the quality of the staff, whom general manager Fatih Bacan has trained to give star quality. Attentive, responsive and self motivated, this hotel gives the best training to the local young people. I had memorable experience from Jehon Aliqkaj at the time of check in and Zanë Koci, at check out and a restaurant staff Mohamed who whipped up a negroni for me after the bar closed. Memorable.

Hotel is in a gated community and outside is a market square with restaurants and other activities. They have a Great gym facility and spa. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Provided great recommendations on things to do in the area!

Nice hotel in a new residential complex for us suitable for 1 night. Pristina city is far and beside several restaurants and market noting much in the area. While hotel offered us almost everything during our stay : comfort, politeness (specaly the boy at the lobby bar), spa, pool, fitness relaxation. Enjoyed the blessed boredom is what we needed and what we got it. One remark on a side that the hotel should look and correct it, is that we waited for the towels at the spa center bit to long, while the girl working at the spa was talking with someone, for ages. We were about to leave, that is when she thought it would be about the time to serve us, which took 5 seconds, to give us the towels.

Fantastic hotel - great location with plenty of amenities, restaurants, and shopping. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a short taxi ride if I needed to go downtown. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Special kudos to Liridona for the wonderful conversations and Geni for his excellent service.
