Had to leave room upstairs and go to lobby to get WiFi. In this day and age and with the rates being charged with amenities and then you get no WiFi. At breakfast you had people staring down at you while eating breakfast not sure who they were. Staff looked very unhappy and hardly smiled. Young lady that checked me in was friendly and helpful I would give her 5 stars.

The staff is very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating! I loved the customer service. There was a good variety of breakfast options and the food was amazing! The room was clean, well kept and spacious

This was a fantastic experience the faculty and customer service was first rate. They are very good value for money. Thier breakfast options were local dishes with lots of options and surprisingly included in the package at a price that was already one of the lowest in portland. I will definitely have this as my go to hotel in Portland. Staff makes you feel like family. Wonderful experience

First let me begin by saying that all the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I had a great experience. The breakfast provided on a daily basis was mouth-watering and took me back to my Jamaican roots. I looked forward to the breakfast each morning because chef Michael Fuller cooks the most amazing fried dumplings. All the other foods he cooks are amazing, but the friend dumplings are my favorite. With this said the hotel could use some upgrade. The bathroom fixtures are outdated, and the low water pressure is ridiculous. If you are looking for a clean hotel room and great food this is the hotel for you, however if you want all the bells and whistles you might be left wanting.

Great customer service . The chef, waiter and waitresses are very helpful and polite. The food taste good ,the rooms are very clean. Great place’s to take lovely picture. The food is great and good ambiance.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 their customer service was great. The environment emits a really soothing feeling. The room was as advertised and the overall experience was highly anticipated.

I just returned from my 3rd stay at Hotel Tim Bamboo. As always, the food was to die for and the staff makes you feel at home. Its the reason Tim Bamboo is always at the top of my list whenever i go to Port Antonio. I just love the place

I spent a whole weekend here and everything was so perfect!!! Customer service ‼️The food‼️The environment‼️Location ‼️I literally walked to the town center in 5minutes. The people are very welcoming and I felt safe! Will definitely be returning with my family!!! The pics do this place no justice!! STAY HERE‼️ You won’t regret it 😊‼️

Nice little hotel with welcoming staff..verrry welcoming staff we called in the very early hrs of the morning like 3am on boxing day after my son came from the port antonio hospital we were to stay at seacliff resort but my son found rat poison at that hotel and we ended up in hospital so after our hospital visit we needed a place to stay overnight before heading back to kingston when i called tim bamboo hotel the gentleman was pleasant, welcoming and we got a room my kids were noisy that night after all the stress they endured due to the other hotel and the rat poison issue however the staff at tim bamboo were excellent and the breakfast was awesome, thank you for the hospitality
