The receptionist old lady was horrible, we were sitting in the reception and the music in the background was playing on, I put on the video she shouted “put down the volume!!!” How about music?!? The next day the reception area was full of people and they were talking and laughing loudly, she didn’t talk or mention a single word?!? She was very discriminated.

I would give this hotel 3 stars instead of four. Nothing is special. Food, staff, rooms are average. Piestany is a beatiful city with a lot of nice places to visit, but this hotel doesnt belong to it. We tried wellness are next to the hotel and that was excellent.

A fabulous spa-hotel at even more fabulous price. Please beware - staff speaks NO ENGLISH, please. not to be mistaken - this is a 3.5 stars spa-hotel, but the combination of price*quality is just unbeatable! Went there for spa threatments. Great - great - great - everything! Food, cleanliness, the staff, spa. enjoyed every moment. the best month to come is May - when roses around are in full blosssom. highly recomended place for a budget traveler.

This is an absolutely 3 star hotel. I don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars. No phone socket next to the bed. The washbasin is very low. You have to bend down a lot to wash your face and hands. The type of carpet on the floor reminded me of the times of socialism.

The city is small, post-communist. The bridge and buildings are damaged. The only nice place is in front of Hotel Irma. Otherwise, everything is ugly and unkempt. Few services. No thermal pool to swim in. I do not recommend it to anyone who is used to e.g. Karlovy Vary, Františkové lázně and other beautiful spa towns. This is really disgusting. This hotel is also not maintained. The only attendant at the reception was nice. I never said or wrote that I won't return somewhere, but now I can tell with absolute certainty that I will never go here again in my life. Save your money or go elsewhere.

Lovely bar on the roof of Hotel Park in Piestany with outside terrace and great views. Nice interior, friendly staff. We have visited with group of friends. It is definitely place to go in Piestany. Highly recommended.

we really enjoyed a weekend with my friends, full of relax, excellent massages, food and of course drinks in the amazing Sky bar - a must even if you do not stay in the hotel. very nice and helpful staff, nothing was a problem for them, the location is also perfect, close to the centre and great for morning jogging or walks.

I picked this Hotel to relax with my fiancé. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the location so close to the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel for value, staff friendliness and quality of food. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed some swimming.

4 stelle? No! Ne posso assegnare 2 e mezzo… E un hotel datato, con camere molto piccole e moquette vetusta. Tutti gli ambienti tranne il bar al 6 piano sono “vintage” nel senso di vecchie obsoleti. Bagno minimal, non sai nemmeno dove appoggiare la roba. Letto da rivedere a partire dal materasso. Manca la scelta dei cuscini e ti trovi a dover dormire su un cuscinazzo di 1 mq Colazione buona e abbondante ; la colazione si guadagna una pallina altrimenti il giudizio sarebbe stato ancora più severo. L’hotel va decisamente ristrutturato!
