Ne restez pas ici en Chine. Même si la réception ne parle pas chinois, même l'anglais est très médiocre À mon arrivée, j'ai également souligné que nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la ville et qu'ils n'ont pas laissé mon téléphone portable. adresse e-mail à la réception. La réception a fait une erreur et a même déménagé la chambre sans autorisation. Normalement, tout le monde mettait des objets de valeur, de l'argent liquide, des passeports, etc. était conforme à leur méthode de gestion de crise et a emporté nos bagages sans autorisation. C'était super mauvais, n'allez pas à Patong, au Vietnam. En restant à côté, la qualité de l'hôtel est médiocre, les chambres sont également médiocres. , et l'attitude est encore pire. S'il vous plaît, ne restez pas là.

L'hôtel est bien. Il y a une plage de l'autre côté de la route. Il y a un marché nocturne juste au coin et à 10 minutes à pied. Cependant, il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et une caution de 2 000 bahts est demandée.

Belle vue mais l'hôtel ne dispose pas d'ascenseur. La montée des escaliers est très effrayante. Il n'y a pas de rampe. Si vous êtes ivre, ne restez pas ici 🫣😬.

The pros are the resort has a great location. Thre rooms are nice. The cons are there is no elevator and we were on the 5th floor which is actually like the 7th floor. However, the view from the 5th floor is beautiful. The stairways are narrow and there is no handrail on one side(not good for families traveling with small children) the front desk is not that accomodating especially after traveling many hours to get there. They also have a scam which I read about in another review . When you check out they will try to bill you for the mini bar. Make sure to take pics when you get to the room and when you leave. They get you for small stuff which you would just pay for but it's just not cool. When we got there there was only one coke in the fridge. When we left,they said there were 2 and we drank one. I showed them pics of the fridge when we checked in and when we left.they apologized but still think it's not cool. Also,they are only in the office till 12am. If you forget your key,you are out of luck and they lock the front doors.

I booked two nights at the front - and I wanted to modify my booking and arrive two days earlier from Krabi to Phuket Patong as I had already a reservation at the front I thought ok I’ll book with them - I emailed the owner his name is Dr. Giorgio Latuada that I want to modify my booking and arrive earlier with two days prior and I enquired regarding the availability and rate - he replied to my email that he has availability for the dates that I have mentioned and the same rate apply he said. Based on his confirmation, I left krabi to Phuket once I reached the hotel the receptionist Jennifer told me that they don’t have availability noting that the owner has already confirmed to me via email. They didn’t accommodate me and I had to look for another hotel with my luggage. After two days passed I went back for my check in, the receptionist insisted on me to have a 2000baht deposit or I can’t do the check in we had a small argument about that then she told me you can keep your passport as guarantee (I have been in Bangkok/krabi/ Phuket in another hotel none of them requested a deposit.) I understand that it might be the hotel policy but after what I have experienced they could have done an exception even though I requested from her to empty the mini bar and the other stuff. In terms of property the room doesn’t have a phone I asked the receptionist what if the guest has an emergency ?!! The safety box was kinda broken then I asked her about it she gave me the key however she could have gave it to me since the beginning… the towels are very old - they don’t provide breakfast, and it is situated at the end of Patong it is not practical if you like to walk it is almost 15 to 20 mnts to bangla road. The HK didn’t really clean the bed properly as there was still sand on the sheets… Their check out is at 11am !! I had to request one more hour thanks to Pom she extend my stay to one hour. I do not recommend this hotel due to their customer service and location.
