酒店房間還是蠻新的，不知道是不是重新裝修過。各種設施都比較齊全。還是比較滿意的。衹是停車位好像比較緊張，另外，早餐也沒有，如果一樓那邊能做個餐廳還是不錯的。

煙味較重，感覺酒店裝修時間比較老，水龍頭出熱水還是黃色的，不知道水箱是不是太久沒清洗了

南苑E家是寧波本土品牌連鎖酒店，過去多家住下來感覺一直很好的，這家真心的不但服務着，值班的男大胖子問他話理都不會理你一句的，最後門卡弄好問他我住那個房間就説了一句你自己看。到了房間不但環境差，洗臉盆放了半小時都沒有熱水，到處都很臟。
