房間相對不夠光線，讓人感覺不太幹
的樣子，沖涼房地漏去水慢，會漫上水到腳上，比國內的索菲特有點差距，像老城4星的感覺.大堂挺漂亮的，不過對於我來説我還是覺得昏暗了一點

都説火車站附近亂，但是我一點都沒感覺到，就算晚上出去也沒感覺更多人。
火車站就在隔壁，但是很多人出站進入地下輕軌和地鐵分流了，而且因為在火車站，所以會做地鐵的話是很好的選擇，交通四通八達
酒店環境，早餐一流，夜床服務，盡顯國際酒店的風範。
如果再去慕尼黑看展，我會選這裏，

位置極佳，離慕尼黑中央火車站很近。大廳房間都很乾淨。服務人員親切，不會因為不會說德語有絲毫怠慢。房間設施新，若還有來慕尼黑，絕對是首選。

Shoutout to Sandra and team for making this stay the most memorable stay in our two weeks trip to Europe!
Sandra is the most amicable and friendly staff I met. We had 1-2 questions but she went all out to help us with it. She even gave us a little surprise as well.
The hotel is just a stone throw away from The Central station. On the way back, you can buy food from Pommes Freunde which is not bad.
Overall a lovely stay, will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for a stay in Munich.

Location is good, breakfast is fabulous. However, that are three points that somehow affect my satisfaction towards the hotel.
1. The television automatically turns on during the midnight, which prevents me from having a good sleep. It turns on for 2-3 times at around 1am 2am and 4am which i found disturbing and kind of scary
2. The room cleaning guy threw my own face towel away….thought my face towel is white and quite similar to the hotel one….
3. The hotel has hold up 296 euros from my card, didnt know if this is the deposit or not, but i have prepaid my hotel money and the deposit seems more than the ones i have stayed before
Overall the hotel is gorgeous

以前住過巴黎的菲亞特酒店，酒店的設施服務非常好，所以這次出差慕尼黑選了菲亞特，但是體驗很糟糕。房間設施一般，酒店服務很差，首先入住房間後發現衞生間垃圾桶都沒給清理；其次，酒店前台服務人員非常不專業，我在攜程預訂時已經付了全部房錢，入住後信用卡預授權了300歐，但是第二天凌晨從我信用卡刷了698.16歐，一大早睡醒覺發現莫名其妙被刷了這麼多錢，以為信用卡被盜刷了，趕緊給國內信用卡中心打電話凍結卡，然後再查是哪個商户刷的，浪費了很多時間，後來查到是這家酒店扣的錢，去前台交涉，就説了是系統錯誤導致的，連句sorry都沒有，一天的好心情全被破壞了。而且很奇怪，明明衹預授權了300歐，為啥能從我信用卡扣了將近700歐。

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Hbf, ist halt ein 5*Sofitel! Frühstück ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, nur ein wenig klein mit wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Wir hatten das Luxuszimmer gebucht.
