The single rooms are just the same as those we have at our mine site, except there is an overpriced snack selection! We were told that our motorcycles could not be parked undercover, despite there being plenty of room and it rained very heavily overnight. When we were packing to leave, the managers walked passed, but did not acknowledge us at all. The laundry was unfinished and the light switch was not secure. The shower was hot though!

Absolutely horrible experience starting with rude receptionist - who pointed out my room was not actually in the motel buildings but a “donga” a temporary structure used in outback communities or on building sites. No parking - I was told to park on the grass. No real investment in providing good accomodation. The second pillow was in a used limp pillowcase. No hangar in closet - no plug for little sink - just unpleasant!!

The room has been renovated recently and they have done a great job. Everything looks and feels clean. Has toaster, large kettle, microwave, decent fridge big screen TV. The bathroom is next level with huge walk in shower with hand nozzle ceiling fan with cooling & heating. The bed is a cloud soft but great to sleep on

This is not a hotel. It's a Motel and if you are travelling as a single they will put you in a Donga out the back. There is no secure parking. Even though we arrived at advertised reception hours it was closed and we had to get our room key through a vending machine. While looking for somewhere secure to park our motorcycles, we were confronted by an aggressive grounds keeper who was very threatening. This was back up by a woman who we could only assume was the manager. She did not introduce herself or greet us as you would expect. We had expected a room as shown in photos with parking outside the door. The photos on TripAdvisor are out of date and even though the place has had a lick of paint it will never make up for the lack of hospitality

A Great hotel with excellent service. Jess on reception was awesome. Booked me a bus to races on the day of my stay. Close to main part of town but far enough away to be quiet. Room was great, clean with a modern bathroom. Highly recommend a stay here

The single room is a donga ie very basic worker accommodation and it was a long walk from the car park. The row of dongas is behind the original motel style rooms, the back of which is the view from the veranda. The view from the window is of the car park in the neighbouring shopping centre.

This motel is immaculate, the room is tastefully renovated with the quality fixtures of a major chain 5 star hotel, it is well equipped for all your needs, the hostess was overly helpful, and made my stay feel easy, comfortable and assured. This will certainly be my go to motel when passing through Moruya again. Highly recommend and thank you !

Stayed 2 nights in the Superior Queen room, very comfortable, clean and modern. Staff friendly and helpful, even provided us with recommendations of places for meals. Will definitely book Luhana Motel for our next visit to Moruya.

1 night stay and extremely impressed with the motel. Our room had been renovated and it is a very impressive renovation. The room is excellent, the bathroom is outstanding. Easy walk to get into town to have dinner and breakfast. This is an absolute winner of a motel, and hopefully the standards of cleaning and maintenance will be maintained to keep the renovation in great shape. Totally recommend. The staff member who checked us in was great too.
