Expected an 5 star experience, however the restaurant servicing requires far more improvement. At Breakfast, ordered a coffee and was asked to wait for 20 minutes but never came. I walked to the counter and ordered again, was asked where I sit and told them, but the lady who delivered me had no idea who ordered it and ended up calling her its me that ordered. It was almost delivered to someone else. What's more horrible is for an old lady I saw sitting next to, she asked for tea but after waiting long, she got a tea pot with a dirty cup. She asked to change it, and the guy who brought an empty cup smacked it to the table and left without taking the dirty cup. I still remember her face how surprised she was.
The hotel itself is nice, but for the people it's too far from the level I experienced with other Hyatts.
