The rating is purely because of service. A good location , a good building and a good room doesn’t make a hotel a good hotel. The service we received. Ordered food at 10:00 pm as we were told , room service is not available after 10:30 pm. We had traveled 5 hours to reach and were hungry. Also as we had to get up early for the temple Darshan. Ordered a gobhi ***churian , butter chicken , 3 portions butter Phulka - at 10:00 pm. At 10:36 we called to ask where is our food . We were told the boy who was bringing the food got stuck in the elevator and we don’t know in which floor he is stuck. Now - no hotel only lifts turn off without a changeover of the entire hotel lights. The order came at 11:00 - the order was totally wrong. Chicken sukkha and roti. 11:10 pm again a boy walks in with a order. This time it seemed to be our order. But again wrong - plain roti , veg ***churian. no cutlery to eat and wrong order. We were hungry and we ate what was served. We complained at the reception. Been a hotelier myself - I do not like to complaint. But if it is basics of service then I don’t think I should spare it. Stay here if you wish , but don’t expect a good service or even basic service for the price you pay.
