Great place to stop on our way out of town for Spring Break drive to the Panhandle. Comfy beds, clean and friendly. Starbucks station inside the hotel. Bonus. Would for sure stay here again without hesitation. Didn't have time to use pool so not sure how that is.

I read several reviews on here after my experience! Thank you for the validation after the gaslighting from hotel management!!! My room had bed bugs. When I told the front desk, they asked for me to bring one to them as proof. I already flushed them down the sink and woke up to several bites. I took photo evidence with picture and time locations but they still questioned my integrity. The room also had black mold. I left very stuffy and felt ill and discomfort from being itchy and general disgust. Unacceptable. The first floor has not been renovated and when I told them my room number, I could gauge by their facial expressions that they already had an idea of the problem which is just straight negligent. They said an exterminator will treat the room before they re-assign it but I had a feeling they would re-assign pretty quickly. Room 135.

Business brought me to Kokomo, and I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. The facility is scheduled for refurbishment/remodeling/updating later this year. It's a three story facility, located near a main intersection in town. This provides convenience to many sights. I had a room with a king-size bed. The service provided at this location was commendable. Check-in was quick and flawless. The front desk team member responded to my request for extra pillows quickly. Breakfast was tasty, prepared to order, and fast. All and all, a good one night stay.

Stayed from 10/13/2023-10/16/2023. After returning home, awoke covered in 50+ BED BUG BITES. Contacted the hotel “leadership” and was told that I could have gotten bed bug bites from anywhere. I’ve been a nurse for over 28 years, and they also gave false medical information, stating that bites from bedbugs show up immediately (they don’t, and it can take 1-14 days for your body to react and the bites to surface). They refused to provide a refund and denied that their hotel has bedbugs. Beware.

The staff at this hotel is always friendly and helpful…thus the 2 stars. Otherwise, it would be 1 star at best. This hotel is WAY overdue for a makeover. I can understand that. What I can’t understand is dirty floors, carpets and bathrooms. That is NOT acceptable under any circumstances. There are two brand new hotels about to open within walking distance of this property. I have stayed here r or 6 times over the last few months. I won’t be staying here again.

The bathroom smells like piss The fan/heater/AC makes an awful broken noise The room is sad This is capitalism at its worst Its not a motel, but its only just somewhere to stare at your phone and sleep and pay

The lady who checked us in around 8:30pm was very friendly. She offered dining suggestions when we asked. Also the lady who checked us out in the morning was friendly. Our room was very clean and no complaints there. Room was large the AC was a little noisy but nothing we could not ignore. My concern was when we walked back from dinner we realized 90% of the parking lot lights were out. Also the outside key card entrance on the side was not working. I specifically had parked under a light since we were traveling and I did not want to completely empty the car. However it was light when we parked so I had no idea the lights were mostly out. Hopefully it was something that was malfunctioning and it has been fixed by now.

This is an older facility but it’s in decent shape. After checking in we experienced a problem with the room. The general manger was quick to rectify and immediately assigned us another room. Even helped us move. The room functions including the bed quality and the shower were the standard high quality of Courtyard. I used the fitness room and was impressed with the equipment condition and the room cleanliness. The front desk people were helpful and friendly. Our stay turned out to be positive and would recommend this motel.

We have frequently stayed at this hotel, however, it is starting to show its age. About time to replace room furniture with rears in seams and stained tubs. The pool is waiting on health department approval and has been down for our last few visits spanning the last 6 months. Bar is open but the person doing the check ins has to break away to assist. Not readily apparent, but breakfast parfaits are available upon request. Nothing lit up and no one manning to assist. Again, front desk staff must try to assist.
