第一天入住，感覺各方面還是不錯的，所以決定在漢中再住一天，誰知道當晚就出了幺蛾子，洗澡洗了一半下水完全不通，水漫金山，差點發大水，趕緊穿好衣服叫來服務員打掃，服務員走了，我也懶得重新再洗，就將就睡了。這還不算啥，第二天早上我去前台想換個房間住，當時已經12點了，可是前台聯繫了客房部後説房子都還沒有收拾好，還調整不了，讓我再等一下，他們催，我就在前台等。後來當班經理説給升級一下房間換到別的房子去，前台説可以就給我辦理手續，我以為就好了。結果前台突然説：先跟您説一下，那邊的房子晚上有空調機器很吵，您看能接受嗎？我？我真是一臉懵逼，如果有這個問題，為啥要非給我換這麼一個有問題的房子？你們作為準五星酒店，這種問題怎麼解決不知道？給我説這個，是讓我自己解決？第一次見五星酒店自己的問題，需要客人解決的。

i have stayed in many hotels over many years in East Asia. The Tianhan Jingyi Park Hotel and Resort is by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. It is truly a 'resort' as the grounds are wonderful to walk around in. The staff are superb. Very polite and helpful. There is a very good Italian Restaurant within the hotel complex with excellent cuisine. I will be visiting Hanzhong again on business, hopefully next year and will definitely stay at this hotel resort again. I cannot find any faults with it.

Extremely friendly staff throughout the hotel. This is the only proper international five star hotel in Hanzhong and it's highly recommended. The hotel is beautiful in architecture and very clean.
The room is nice with excellent modern amenities. There is even a coffee machine inside that provides great tasting coffee.
The breakfast was surprisingly good with a strong mix of Chinese and Western options. The taste was good and the a**osphere at breakfast was relaxed and modern.
The location is ideal. On the river beside a park, so the walks surrounding here are superb.
Highly recommend this brilliant hotel. Thank you.

酒店是專業政府接待單位，乾淨衞生。客房部的劉美玲阿姨服務禮貌熱情，幹活認真。還給我們開了有夜床服務，準備了泡腳的木盆和開水，應該是按國賓館的標準培訓的。希望下次來房間的飲用水不是農夫山泉了。

漢中最美的五星度假酒店 定的是園景房 前台女孩説是升級了帶陽台的房間 挺好的 是帶90歲的父母和家人來漢中遊玩 酒店環境很好 就在漢江濕地公園 刷房卡就可以很方便的進出 早上的自助餐也不錯 地下停車場也很方便 美好的時光

酒店外部環境相當優美，後面是一個濕地公園，房間大，衞生設施都滿意，早餐品種豐富精緻，特別是地方特色的米皮鮮香美味。唯一不足的是西樓樓上空調運行噪音較大，入住時應予以提示，其他各方面都非常滿意。

在漢中天漢景逸酒店住了一晚，簡直是太舒服了！地理位置挺好的，就在濕地公園裡，環境清新自然。入住的時候還給我升級了房型，感覺特別貼心。
而且，一踏進房間就被迎來的歡迎水果給驚喜到了！更讓人感動的是，當他們得知我過生日時，竟然送來了生日蛋糕和果籃，真的是意外之喜！
早餐也是豐盛至極，各種漢中的經典美食都有，絕對讓人大飽口福。退房過程也是超級順利，服務員態度特別友好，感覺就像是回到了家一樣。
總的來説，漢中天漢景逸酒店的服務真是超級貼心，入住體驗絕對值得推薦給大家！
