Quelle découverte exceptionnelle que cet hôtel niché dans une végétation luxuriante , un havre de paix et d’élégance , une décoration raffinée , une literie extrêmement confortable et tout cela dans l’intimité de 9 bungalows construits et agencés sur cette merveilleuse et mystérieuse île qu’est Rapa Nui. L’accueil y est des plus chaleureux , le personnel attentionné et discret répond immédiatement à toutes vos demandes . J’allais oublier ce superbe petit-déjeuner que vous pouvez déguster en admirant la jolie piscine d’eau de mer décorée avec des pierres volcaniques. Le dépaysement y est total et lorsque vous réalisez que vous êtes en plein milieu du Pacifique Sud, les prestations offertes en sont encore plus admirables. Nous étions logés tout en haut avec une vue magnifique et c’est à regret que nous avons quitté ce logement si confortable qui était devenu notre « home ». Le charme a opéré. Merci à tous ceux qui nous ont si gentiment reçus.

The rooms are well appointed with an eye to detail. The hotel is nestled in a beautiful garden with all the amenities you would need such as a cute pool and a reasonably priced spa. It is located out of town and takes approximately 35 mins to walk if you can't find a taxi. Located just by the airport and the hotel included transfers in our rate. A nice welcome garland set the tone for the whole stay. From the moment we were picked up nothing to was too much trouble. Any queries were answered promptly and in a very professional manner. I usually use viator or ******* to book tours but the hotel arranged two days worth of tours and the quality, value and professionalism really impressed us. All the staff speak very good English, as our Spanish is not fantastic, we never worried about making ourselves understood. Everyone made our stay fun and thoroughly enjoyable. Pohane, Juan and the young receptionist, who's name escapes me, were so enthusiastic and funny and deserve special mention. You might get closer to town and you might get cheaper but I guarantee you will not find customer service to beat this place. Highly recommended. Mark and David.

I enjoyed a 3 night half board stay in Room 9 (stand alone room at the top of the property). From my initial email enquiry to check out and outbound airport transfer, I was very impressed. All staff were kind, attentive and welcoming. A personalised tour program was proposed with a number of half day and one full day itinerary suggested. Teva my guide was excellent - very professional and a genuinely nice person to spend time with. The hotel facilities were lovely. The gardens were maintained beautifully, the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were attentive and all food choices selected were delicious. The pool was clean and a welcome sight after exploring the island each day. Although the property is not located in the town, it is a short taxi ride if needed. I only chose to leave once to view the sunset so the location was no issue based on the facilties available in house. Highly recommend and excellent value for the price point.

Extremely polynesian modern, well appointed and beautiful grounds and pool with excellent restaurant and wonderful staff. The restaurant is hands down the best food in town. The pool is clean and cleverly done, the views amazing. What a great find.

This place is simply outstanding. The rooms are big and comfortable. The veranda is a place we spent lots of time. The ambiance is delightful. Every single person on the staff is professional, attentive and kind. It was a wonderful place to stay. The location was even better than being directly in the town

Beautiful small hotel built on an ancient quarry. Great views from the upper level rooms. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the food is quite good. The breakfast is actually delicious and the dinner entrees were all quite good with more than adequate portions.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hare Uta. Gorgeous and peaceful garden setting, lovely rooms, huge balconies with views of the island and sunsets. Staff were extremely warm and helpful. Only 9 rooms so a very boutique experience. Breakfast included was delicious and the restaurant was amazing … and I’d say worth the drive if staying in town. Best of all were the cocktail creations of Fernando the bartender. Dreaming of returning and staying again at Hare Uta!!

Wonderful location out of town. Friendly attentive staff. Excellent accommodation. Restaurant served delicious food and wine. Grounds beautiful and well maintained.Perfect place to spend a few days whilst exploring this wonderful island.

This is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed at. From the moment we were welcomed on arrival to our farewell at departure we felt part of the family. The service was impeccable, the rooms comfortable, the food delicious and the landscaping of the grounds just wonderful. It is out of town but for a little inconvenience you gain tremendously with the peace and tranquillity there.
