Excellent experience every time I visit this Hotel in Dhanbad. I feel it's the best Luxury hotel in Dhanbad. Service is too good. Ambiance is perfect. Facility is top class.. Staff behavior and Foood outstanding. Look out for Restaurant Mnager Anirban, he is a perfect gentle*** and does his job really well.

Overall experience was very well. Best property in Dhanbad. Sleep and Bathing experience is awosome Breakfast was also very good. For business travel it's perfect destination in Dhanbad city where you can work easily and relax as well.Sonal at reception was very helpful.

The room was in very good condition, entire ambiance of the hotel was mesmerizing including food and staff service. A very comfortable hospitality and quite fast responses we get from reception and FnB team that made me so satisfied for my stay at the hotel.

It was the second time when I visit to the hotel......I love the location and the place located....The hotel is well cleaned well maintained The behavior of the staffs are very good Food was amazing..... I specially wants to mention the name of miss Sonal from reception she is very polite and takes good care of the guest.

It was a very nice experience dining in Caramel restaurant which is in hotel Cocoon. Raju Dutta and Krishna Saha served us with care. They suggested us very delicious dishes. Their recommendation was perfact. We enjoyed our time there. Would love to come again and would recommend others as well.

Room service at hotel is excellent especially at Caramel Restaurant where both food quality and service are superb. Waiting time for food is also very less. This review is given by us on behalf of BCCL. Hope to visit this hotel and restaurant again.

We had a small get together planned with family for Eid celebration and this place was ideal for the get-together . We had a wonderful and delicious feast and ambience was also nice. We enjoyed playing tambola and other games with family.All in all,a very nice experience. ***agement was really good and everything was up to the mark.
