空調壞的汽車旅館2樓沒有電梯這個也能接受，但是車子部分不是停房間門口，浴室的燈也是壞的，辦理完入住後他們下班了無法更換房間也無人服務，體驗太差了

Excellant in every way. Wonderful restaurant Comfortable room with all mod cons. Quiet and easy parking. We would not hesitate to book in next time we visit Collie. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay. We were walk ins due to hitel we booked being shut down.

The girls on the reception were very pleasant, professional and helpfully. The room was very nice, clean and lots of space. Would be an ideal place to stay and use as a base to visit places around Collie like to dam mural, Gnome Ville and Furgerson Valley wineries.

Absolutely gross. Woke up in the middle of the night to find cockroaches crawling on my stuff. Reported it to reception who seemed concerned and gave me change to wash my clothes. Offered me free meals,in which I declined , and said that the manager would come and see me. He never even showed. I had to go to the shop and buy my own surface spray at $17.50 per can to decomtaminate my stuff. Now I just hope that no eggs are still on my stuff somewhere. This could have been sorted out by a simple apology and at least a offer of refund. But NOTHING.

10 seniors stayed 2 nights, with a Christmas dinner on the second night. Once we had sorted out how the air conditioners worked all was well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We originally were a group of 16 but COVID reduced this to 10, the last 2 on the day of our arrival. Nevertheless, all was sorted without extra charges and we were very comfortable. Our 'Christmas dinner' was excellent, heaps of food, beautifully cooked and piping hot. The staff were very cheerful and dealt with all our needs. Only one small request, with 4 people in the unit, one mirror in the bathroom is not enough for ladies getting ready to go out in all their finery. Perhaps one inside the wardrobe doors could be provided? Recommended.

Stayed here 9th October with 3 friends had a 2 bedroom unit. It was very clean and tidy, bedding was clean and warm. We had dinner in the on site restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the pricing was just right. 2 friends are vegetarian and they said their Zucchini Noodles were delicious, my other friend and I had the Fillet Mignon absolutely delicious! If you are planning a visit to Collie, my friends and I thoroughly recommend this accommodation. The staff were extremely cordial. Possibly the only downfall was being on the ground floor, we could hear every chair that moved above.

We had a great overnight stay in a one bedroom unit. Fresh and clean. Comfy 2 seater couch, dining table and kitchen. Queen bed with ensuite. Our room was towards the back of the block so very quiet. We had dinner at the little restaurant on site and were pleasantly surprised. The service was great even though they were busy. The ribs were amazing and massive serve. Pork chop was the best I’ve had. Good value. The breakfast was a bit of a let down. $21 for the buffet but it was very very basic and not something I’d choose again. In saying that it was definitely edible and got the day started. I would have given 5 stars except the bed was one where you felt every move ( and I mean EVERY move) of the other person. For a light sleeper it meant a long night. It was fresh and clean though. A lovely little spot and definitely would stay here again.

Certainly an above average Motel. Amazing layout particulary parking and general space. Able to park race car trailers easily. Rooms simple but very clean and functional. Nice towels and bedding, ample airconditioning. A very neat place. Amazing restaurant! Will definately stay again. My only complaint was the small 32" TVs. I thought 50" would be the minimun these days.
