We stayed at your hotel Oct 21-22nd. We were visiting our granddaughter for her 6th birthday. I want to thank you so very much for the most thoughtful and cute gift you surprised her with in our room. Thank you for making her day extra special!!! We have stayed in many hotels in our travels and some very high priced ones and they don’t compare to the kindness and hospitality we received when we stayed at your place. The manager is rude not customer service oriented and does not treat customers or employees fairly. We spend more than half the year in Marriott hotels and no other experience is quite like this one. Would definitely recommend staying at the Hampton in this area.

I didn't stay but was charged a full cost even though I cancelled within the appropriate time frame. I have all of the emails showing the date as 05/31, cancelled on 05/30 and was charged the full cost on 05/31. The GM did offer a partial refund which isn't acceptable but was very rude on the phone and unwilling to even review my confirmations. I have reached out to corporate but unfortunately, they only refer you back to the GM which, sadly based on her responses to negative reviews, shows the type of manager she is. Please be mindful if you are booking and expect any type of customer services.

Terrible customer service. I stayed one night but was charged for two due to apparent mix-up by Marriott Bonvoy. The site manager, Amy Williams, was condescending, appearing to be half-drunk as she told me she and her staff almost lost their jobs due to COVID. And now, she must be careful with the "hotel budget". She appeared to be more concerned about her job, her history, her budget, than about a loyal customer. Amy Williams tried to push me towards Marriott Bonvoy to get a refund...but Marriott Bonvoy pushed me back to the hotel, advising the hotel charged me and must, therefore, provide the refund. Amy Williams refused. I lost $184 but Fairfield Chickasha (and Marriott Bonvoy) will lose THOUSANDS over the coming years. I will not continue to partner with a hotel that treats its loyal, paying customers so poorly. Stay away from Fairfield in Chickasha...go to Hampton Inn down the street. I have cancelled my Marriott membership and now fly solely with Hilton.

This is a very clean , fairly new hotel. Staff is very friendly . Room was spacious, comfortable beds, very soft sheets , good air conditioning especially considering it was 104 while we were there! Free breakfast is offered but we missed both mornings- didn’t pay attention to the times offered. Liked the option of having housekeeping or not. Only recommendations would be to have facial tissue and hand lotion available in the bathroom . Would definitely stay there again.

Came back to my little hometown for a class reunion and was amazed by this fresh, new, clean, professional hotel! They went out of their way to make our group welcome, with decorations, treats, and all sorts of other displays of gracious hospitality we didn’t even ask for. I travel a LOT and I rarely stay in Fairfield Inns. But this one may just change my mind!! If you have a reason to visit Chickasha, give it a serious consideration.

Stayed here for a softball tournament. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. The general manager Amy went above and beyond to make the weekend great. I will stay here anytime I’m in the area.
