Amazing hotel , the design comfort and service are amazing The room has all comfort and digital requirements The food and service were great and the staff professional and helpful, The hotel is located in the heart of the city, so finding parking was a bit of a challenge. However, the hotel does offer valet parking services which we used. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Not only is the staff overwhelmingly helpful, but they also helped me recover luggage from an Uber after I accidentally left a bag. The location is spot on, so you can walk out the doors and into the action (both day and night time).

We stayed in the heart of Zagreb for 4 nights at this perfect hotel. It had everything we needed from the wonderful staff at the front desk that helped us everytime with a smile and the wonderful staff from breakfast that was working very hard to make us feel like home. The indoor pool is also amazing to relax on a cold evening, having lots of ameneties both in the room and in the whole hotel. Truely the best hotel there is in Zagreb

We traveled around Europe as a bikers group at November. We accidentally Parked outside this hotel and thought we ask for rooms. We have been told we were the first clients and our stay was amazing.everything was super clean staff was very friendly rooms very cozy and the breakfast was maybe one of the best I’ve ever see and tasted. If you are visiting Zagreb it’s worth try and stay in this hotel. Totally recommended.

Overall, a very comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay! the hotel was beautiful, the rooms well-appointed, and we had a great time staying here. Would book again if/when I go back! Only negatives, pool wasn't working during our stay, rooms were a bit warm for us (heat was on and ac wasn't) and spa services were very full (we should have booked ahead of time!!). I was able to get a wonderful massage and the pool definitely looked awesome!! I'm sure some of these kinks will be worked out as it is a new hotel! But definitely book ahead for the spa services!!

I stay at the this hotel for two nights with my husband. We were surprised by the level of service, design, kidness of the staff, estrade član room, wellness and great location in the heart of the city. Definitely I woul recommend this hotel.

My friend and myself stayed in a hotel for two nights. There were only few other guests in a hotel since it apparently was opened only few days ago. I cannot express our satisfaction. The buffet breakfast is top. I didn't know what to expect since we were used to Esplanade hotel's spectacular breakfast but this was even better. Everything is new, great wellness with a pool and the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In my opinion, this is currently one of the best hotels to stay in Zagreb, located in the pure center of the city.

Made a booking for 3 days. The hotel cancelled our stay, but without telling us. Therefore we had to find another hotel at the day we arrived. With extra cost. The customer service did not help. Unfortunately. Stay away
