Xiamen Aizhu Business Travel Hotel

My best stay in Xiamen, by far. It is essentially a, what the Japanese would say, love hotel, but it is very much true to its name and the function of the business hotel is also proper and works great. The location is great, its in Jimei, but many buses and metro line runs here too. Again, with a bit of effort, can get anywhere in time. Very peaceful surroundings, interior is freshly renovated, both the lobby and the hotel rooms themselves. Toiletries, 2 small milks, water, breakfast, all very humble and very thoughtful, much bigger and more expensive hotels don't put this level of effort into your stay! These people care! However, the kindness of one person in particular, handling the checkins and checkouts at the reception, stands out. I'm not sure what her name is and I have no idea other that she worked the day shift on both days of my stay, but the receptionist girl deserves a promotion like no other! When I first arrived she not only handled the checkin process exceptionally, but personally helped me find the room, sign my devices to wifi, teach me about the thermostat functions, etc, and when I signed off and checked out, upon realizing I had left an expensive phone charger in my room, she expressly communicated with the staff and the charger was downstairs within barely minutes! All of this, with a genuine beautiful smile and care for the customer's experience! The look of the rooms is definitely a bit unique, and might not be to everyone's tastes, sure, but the staff is one of a kind and will be golden to you for the duration of the stay and beyond. Definitely booking it next year again, hopefully for many nights!

The staff was really nice, they provide a fan and mosquito repellent incense, because the AC in the room was very bad, it was so hot, and has lots of mosquitos. The carpet in the hallway was so thick that I almost couldn’t carry my suitcase. And the room and hallways wasn’t very clean. It was the cheapest room so I guess is what you get… the people were really nice though!

Not clean at all, not good breakfast, no juice or coffee, I paid 281 rmb just to waste.

Clean hotel with simple but reasonable amenities. Very quiet and good service.

The pink lighting of the room made hotel like ******************. The setup and furniture in room was very unusual.

Extremely nice staff , very accommodating, very beautiful decorations, rooms were sufficient for a nights stay , invited to enjoy lunch with them . Would highly recommend☺️

At first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sp**** when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

Great place. I just wish they would change the bed sheets. This really is a nice place and the robot is so cute.
