Well, the bar is set rather high for future Bed and Breakfast experiences, as this was our very first BnB adventure! We are absolutely sold on this concept. Our accommodations were cozy and lovely. We do not drink, but the complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The common areas are well.appointed, and we look forward to coming back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious and we had fun with our spirited guests. Well done Carriage House!

My husband and I came last year and this year. We decided it should be a tradition to spend a couple days in this sweet cozy bed and breakfast. Grace serves the best breakfasts ever and we feel like family here! We love being close to downtown for shopping, our fave local restaurants (Miya Japanese Restaurant, Acoustic Cafe) and to just relax and enjoy. Thank you so much for always making it a special time!

Grace is a great host. My room was absolutely perfect. Breakfast each morning was great. The creme brulee French toast was exceptional. The location is central to the places I go to during my trips to Winona. I look forward to my next trip to Winona and to the Carriage House.

We loved our stay at the Carriage House. It is conveniently located across the street from the Great River Shakespeare Theater Festival and close to the best restaurants in town. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens, wonderful toiletries in the room and a yummy daily breakfast. The Carriage House is charming, a great value, and we would not hesitate to return.

This was my second stay and there was no letdown in accommodations, communication or the fabulous breakfast. Jan and Grace are a great team and the quality of property, from spacious outdoor seating to the comfy bed chambers, made for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay. Room was classy not fussy. Nice antiques and decor- clean and inviting and not full of extraneous dusty Knick-knacks like you can see in other b&bs. No TVs in guest rooms which suited us just fine. Small shared TV and coffee area if you wanted. Lovely filling breakfast each morning Very nice owners. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the historic Carriage House Bed and Breakfast in Winona, MN. While the "Toy Room" was perfect for the two of us, the best part of our visit was visiting with the owners during breakfast. Grace and her family are wonderful hosts not only was our breakfast very tasty, but the information she shared about her historic home and the surrounding area was extremely interesting. We would highly recommend this amazing place for an overnight or an extended stay and we will definitely visit them again soon!

We absolutely LOVED our room! The bed was super comfy, the sheets and comforter were super soft, super soft pillows, a wonderful Jacuzzi and a wonderful, relaxing shower. Also, their breakfast is AMAZING! If you think you've had good breakfast, you will change your mind with their breakfast for sure. It's off main street, so it's within walking distance from a lot of different stores and places to eat. We will be going back this summer, and this fall after we get married. HIGHLY reccomend!!

We spent a Valentine's Day overnight at this quaint and lovely B & B. Our room had a gas wood stove, and an additional one in the four season porch made up for the grey wet weather outside. The four season porch is a great spot to play games and relax. A keurig coffee maker, tea, and microwave popcorn were a pleasant surprise. We spent the afternoon at the Minnesota Museum of Marine Art, well worth the trip. Breakfast was delicious, filling, and included in the cost, making this B &B so much more pleasant than a chain hotel. The hosts pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend the Carriage House!
