I paid $92 for just myself to sleep there while my wife and daughter had an overnight medical appointment. The bedding was stained with mysterious gunk on every layer, and half the lights didn’t work.

The room and furnishings were nice. Coffee and limited breakfast options were fine. The heating unit in my room did not function (would not turn on) so I had a chilly night in the room, since it was freezing outside overnight. Also the bathtub drain needs cleaned out, as it drained extremely slow. Other than that, good value for price paid.

Check-in was early and fast. Hallway was malodorous, but this was corrected after I reported it. Room smelled and looked clean. Nicely furnished. Great mattress, towels. Received wake up call as requested. Breakfast included juice, coffee, milk, pancakes, hot & cold cereals and yogurt. Nightly rate was quite competitive for the area. Bobby, the manager (most likely one of the hardest working men in the hospitality industry), was friendly, cheerful and accommodating. Will probably choose Days Inn if I stay overnight again in the area.

Wasn't super bad. Could have used a lot more effort in the remodeling and make sure all is finished in rooms rented out to guest. All the staff I interacted where friendly and professional. This is the best thing I. An say about my stay there

The motel smells in staircase. Staircase has broken metal - you may trip over. More over, the management has lowest ethics you can imagine. I am not sure home much more am I suppose to write? I have said enough for now.

Water out for longer than 12 hours. or more checked out at 830 Breakfasts only thing they served were pancakes and cereal, the juices tasted watered down and the coffee was not very good i was there 3 nights/4days.

This motel was a pleasant surprise. Days Inn, doesn't usually appeal to me. But it was a busy weekend in Warrensburg, so we had to " settle " for the Days Inn. Yes, the outside of the building is not impressive. Infact, sketchy. What I would expect. There is not much of a lobby, nothing that says, "hey, this is a great hotel. " BUT, once we got to the room, wow! Everything was spotless, clean, all new paint, no water marks ( even in the ceiling ), smelled clean and fresh, new very modern furniture, very comfortable bed with bright white bedding. We did not stay for breakfast, so I can't speak to that. The person checking us in, and out the next morning, was very pleasant and kind. Price was great and we will consider this hotel for our next stay. Thanks Warrensburg!

This place was a joke. Felt very unsafe, zero door locks worked for the building, the ground floor windows didn’t even lock or have screens, there were bugs all over our floor. The owner accused us of causing damage to the room. He said, ‘we are charging you $200 for a scratch on a headboard, in the floor”; which clearly makes zero sense and shows he’s just trying to get more money. There were people doing ***** right outside the backdoor and a couple screaming at their kids from outside of their room. Place was dirty, unsafe, full of questionable people, and a scam. Highly not recommend.

Filthy, stained carpets in lobby, hallways and stairways, carpet in room replaced with wood. Instead of a closet, 2 hooks in the room to hang clothing. Shelves instead of drawers to place belongings. Awakened several times overnight when A/C came on. One in our party had to change room due to non-functioning A/C. Stained bathtub, dingy, grayish looking towels, ice machine broken. Hotel has two floors, no elevator. Guests haul their luggage to 2nd fl up stairs with inadequate handrails on only one side of stairs, a serious safety concern. This hotel is in a college town; we were there to attend a graduation. Recommend the hotel gets those handrails in the stairways replaced before a serious accident occurs. We didn’t take photos.
