Qizhu Qinglongwu Boutique Hostel

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. First up, this is not a place for foreigners to go to - and while we like staying in Chinese boutique hotels elsewhere this hotel was just not worth the price. I had booked the hotel to stay on my birthday but it turned out to be a very poor experience. The location is great if one wants to be with nature away from the city (which was our idea for going here) but the rooms are badly designed - bathroom in the beginning of the room, spread out beds, bathroom doors which don’t lock but doesn’t even close. The staff while they try their best are not equipped to deal with customers - even basic requests were not paid heed to. We wanted dinner at 8 pm but were told it had to be at 7 pm and all the food turned out to be cold and not very appetising. The hotel advertises kids play rooms but we were told that the play area is only available if the kids room is actually booked and even though no one was staying in the room, the staff wouldn’t allow our baby to play there. The hotel also mentions that they have spa facilities but turns out they only have a sauna room in one of the rooms! They are supposed to have 2 pools but one wasn’t functioning, and the bar which is advertised doesn’t seem to have been used in ages and was musty and full of insects. The dining room is in disrepair and doesn’t look anything like in the Trip.com photos. Of course we didn’t expect anything special to happen on a birthday but we expected at least the basic hospitality for the amount that is being charged. We had great expectations from the hotel but it was terrible - only plus points are you can get great photos and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Not coming back here and nor recommending this place. I have rated it 1 star. Please improve the place drastically.

房間環境都挺好，服務態度也很好，臨走還送了伴手禮，對寵物友好，店家養了一衹柯基叫布丁，還有一衹貓咪，都胖胖的很可愛，早餐固定，水果、雞蛋、粗糧、粥、拌麪都有，味道也挺好，也配有咖啡，就是中、晚餐如果能點餐的話就完美了，180元每人，四菜一湯，擺盤好看、口味不錯、菜量挺多，不貴，但是二個人真吃不完，有點浪費，還有就是開進去有一公里多的車程，對於女司機或者新手的話有點難度，衹有單行車道，會車需要倒車定點停車，如果開車方便的話，以後我還真想再去。

衞生問題不用擔心，房間也挺有設計感的，民宿位於青龍塢，比較安靜，遇到了幾個小問題，一是房門門鎖關閉不靈敏，浴缸水龍頭冷熱水好像反了…整體比較滿意，民宿有一衹小貓和一衹小狗，小貓很親人，給摸，躺在腳邊呼嚕呼嚕，離膠囊書店幾百米距離，去打卡很方便 這裏不得不提一下邵家村那邊的幾個民宿，真的不行，沒風景就算了，不遠處公路上還有大車，轟隆轟隆的，一開始是800定了山景房，去了之後很少失望，如果四百左右勉強住一下

服務很好，從預訂開始就有提醒很多注意事項，令人非常放心，管家和店裡的工作人員每次遇到都非常客氣，笑臉相迎。整個民宿就是一道風景，非常適合放鬆，下次有時間一定要多住幾天。

總體來説很滿意的入住體驗，民宿別有洞天設施精緻服務熱情到位，雖然吃的小貴但是勝在量大味道好，店家對小狗也很友好包容，我家小狗和民宿的柯基打成一片。最後一天走的時候剛下過雨，整個山峯籠罩在雲霧裡，非常有意境 不太滿意的地方：第一天堵到下午才到，晚飯把我們安排到隔壁餐廳，也是每人180元的價錢但是菜品非常敷衍，不值這個價不説我們也沒吃飽，最後還加了兩碗方便麪

坐落在山間的一座民宿，進來需要開一段山路。房間衞生整潔，非常愜意舒適，這裏空氣新鮮，整個人感到完完全全的放鬆。民宿工作人員服務熱情周到，讓人感到很温馨！ 在這裏也體驗到了扎染，是一次非常新奇的體驗。老師非常耐心細心地進行教學，對於服裝的設計也不是固定一種，可以根據自己想要的自由設計，染出來的效果很滿意！！！和各位老師一起製作的過程非常開心快樂，是一次很難忘的回憶！！ 桐廬很美，希望有機會再來！！

非常滿意的一次春節之旅，出發前前台小姐姐温馨的告知各種注意事項，因為帶着父母，考慮到老年人的進出方便，特地安排一樓亭院房，父母非常滿意，同時還為住客安排了有趣的春節活動，回程前還送了伴手禮，以後還會帶着家人去。最後祝柒竹生意興隆龍年吉祥越來越棒

好喜歡柒竹土房子，竹林，輕奢風，深山處的民宿，可以完全把心靜下來，面對大山泡壺茶，好有詩意，前台的服務人員非常熱情，有回家的感覺，下次還會再來

酒店管家服務很滿意，而且環境也很好，房間真的很大，餐食也很豐盛，早飯小朋友很喜歡吃，小朋友住的都不想走了
