Wonderful and newest hotel attached to Terminal 3. You will need to clear Immigration to access, but once there, we were surrounded by a sense of calm, a quiet respite; much needed after a long flight. Chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport, transportation, and onsen. All were stellar. The front desk staff were gracious hosts; incredibly kind at check in and helped us figure out some train directions. NB: It is somewhat of a ways from the center, which is of particular consideration when the trains stop running, as taxis will be the only way back and quite pricey. For US city folks, think Uber Black + surge pricing. Even that in mind, absolutely worth it, imo. Room was very clean, spacious enough with a lovely shower and full amenities, including a complimentary mini-bar with local drinks to try. Breakfast was both an a la carte menu and buffet offerings with ultimate Japanese hospitality from the gentleman who stored our luggage and attendants who were again, very kind and helpful. Onsen is conveniently open 24 hours (except for cleaning) included with the Premier rate (other connected Airport Villa Fontaine branch guests and public have an entrance fee), quite relaxing and busier than I thought in the later hours. Would absolutely stay again.

Very convenient. It’s accessible by free bus from terminal 3 to terminal 2. Very fast check in. Though we arrived very late, they still kept our reservation. Highly recommend for people with early flights the following day.

For a transit through Haneda, this is a great option. You need to get out of immigration and go to the departures floor. The hotel entrance is near the 'N' bunch of counters. However sound proofing part is not that great as can hear clearly dragging of luggage the entire night. Also would be great if the hotel can install a screen between the bathroom and the bed as currently there is only a transparent glass, and one can see clearly the toilet and bathroom when lying on bed. Can be quite scary when you are half awake and look through the glass.

C'était très pratique. Si proche de l'aéroport, un seul arrêt. Cela nous a pris seulement 10 minutes de l'aéroport (prendre le train) à l'hôtel. La navette gratuite du matin nous a aidés à nous y rendre facilement. Notre chambre a une belle vue aussi. Je sauterais le petit-déjeuner cependant… Je suis semi-végétalien et je ne pourrais presque rien manger, aussi de la qualité bon marché. J'aimerais qu'ils servent des fruits et du jus d'orange. Cela dit, cet hôtel nous a offert une dernière journée parfaite avant de décoller. Merci!

Perfect, impeccable hospitality. Japanese standard. I appreciated the free shuttle bus to the airport. The room was small but that is quite standard for japanese hotels. I love the PJ dress that they provided. Drip coffee was delicious. The facial kits provided in the lobby were good too.

C'était un vol de matin, donc j'ai séjourné la nuit précédente. En raison de la catastrophe électrique, j'ai fermé un certain temps, mais je suis heureux de le remettre. Le personnel de la réception et le conducteur de bus sont tous réels! Ne dis pas que la chambre est propre, mais le lit et le canapé sont très tranquilles. La boisson gratuite dans la salle de salon est également très bonne. Si vous osez dire, il est préférable de prendre un toilet dans la salle de salon. Le capuchon de la boue est très bon, mais je veux savoir si la pression d'eau dans le tuyau est un peu élevé.

Avec la soirée tardive et le départ matinal, j'ai séjourné à l'hôtel la première et la dernière nuit de mon voyage pour le confort. L'hôtel a l'intention de se rendre automatique pour son arrangement d'entrée et de sortie, mais peut-être l'hôtel est tout à fait nouveau avec les machines qui ne fonctionnent pas correctement, l'appui du personnel a été nécessaire à la fois à mon séjour et beaucoup de temps a été passé, Ce qui n'était pas idéal, car le check-in et le check-out rapides et fluides devraient être un service de base pour les hôtels aéroportuaires. Le petit déjeuner buffet est tout à fait décevant par rapport aux autres hôtels que j'ai séjournés, alors que la position du restaurant n'est pas convenable. La première nuit à l'arrivée à 9 h 30, je voulais avoir un peu de nourriture, mais le restaurant n'offre que dîner buffet, ce qui était une nouvelle fois décevant. Pour moi, l'attraction principale de l'hôtel est l'onsen sur le 12/F, qui est très agréable étant donné que l'hôtel est nouveau avec peu d'invités. Le spectacle est accessible au public, en plus des clients de l'hôtel, il pourrait devenir très crowded, ce qui ne serait peut-être pas si agréable. Il y a un restaurant 24-hour dans la zone des onsen, qui est un plus pour les invités qui veulent de la nourriture après avoir apprécié les onsn.

Ce prix a un avantage absolu. Mais le magasin / achet / convenient après 8 heures.. La plupart sont fermés! La chambre est également grande et vous pouvez ouvrir deux 29 bagages. C'est un casino au 5e étage, c'est super!!!!! Mais attention à porter les toiles ! Si vous êtes sur un chemin de fer léger à l'aéroport, vous devez partir pour la plateforme opposée avant de pouvoir déterminer la porte de la porte, vous devez passer par la sortie du sol, ne sortez pas du sol, vous devez aller loin avant d'arriver!! Le sol est difficile à trouver, la plupart des installations sont au deuxième étage, l'hôtel est également à l'entrée au deuxième étage!

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.
