Extremely unprofessional behavior of staff. Unsafe. When asked to help, people are saying, it's your problem, u booked. We have not invited you, you have come on ur owwn.. Also, uncomfortable rooms, front desk staff says, owner belongs to some political connection and it doesn't matter even if u complain Not OK behavior of staff at front desk - Arjun

The worst hospitality, no care taker, no toiletries, dirty bathrooms and no service after too ***y requests also. AC remote was not working, internet was not working and nobody responded after too ***y requests. They changed like five star hotel and there is services like 1 star hotel.

Very bad service. Time taken for service and quality of service is Terrible. Quality and test of food is also bad. Test is conpemty missing . You can expect sugar in fried rice too. If you want to pay by credit card you have to pay 2 percent extra Very rude communication and no idea of customer service or hospitality industry

What a Bad Experience. Since i was visiting Surat after a good 7 years & primarily due to pandemic i was very sceptical about which hotel should i book & would be near the city centre. Unfortunately while booking i came across Weekend Address which seemed to be a good property on Make my Trip with decent 3.5 star reviews. I was taken for a shock when i had to travel to a lonely road. Thanks to google i was able to locate the massive property as the property didn’t have even a glow sign which was on indicating I am right in front of it. I was in for a surprise when there was no Valet at such a huge hotel to park & it also told what should i expect from the services next. The hotel was massive & should have been an awesome property if they would have advertised as a serviced apar**ent instead of a hotel. The massive rooms could have been a 1 BHK Apar**ent. Nonetheless the dinner was over at 10.30 hence had to order Zomato. Network of Airtel was non existent in the majority of hotel. Their own Wifi was inconsistent & shaky. The wifi were single use logins so by the time I got up in the morning it had logged me off & wasn’t taking in the same pwds. Breakfast was super duper bad. I couldn’t eat the cold & stale looking breakfast. Since i m not much of a coffee or a tea drinker I stayed away from the whole meal. The location was too far from the main city. For 3500 rs a night I could have booked an OYO in the centre of the city with better services. Anyways never again..!!!!
