This hotel is a wreck. Going thru a remodel. Nails on hallway floor. Pillows covered hallway. Rooms terribly dirty. Managers office carpet terribly dirty. This is a terrible way to treat customers. Will never stay here again. How could they let this hotel get This run dow.

Terrible service. I should have read all the bad reviews before I came here. Shame on me. Let me explain. I made a telephonic reservation and the employee for the same hotel failed to tell me that most of the hotel was under renovation and the breakfast and bar enmities were shut down. The same employee failed to tell me that I would be charged another $50 dollars for incidental charges on my credit card that could take up to 14 days to be credited if there were no problems in the room after I checked-out. Wow. Talk about the lack of communication. Upon check-in, I asked for a discount, but the employee refused and tried to justify that the rooms where already under $100 so it didn't matter about the renovation and no commentary breakfast nor bar access. This assertion from the employee is false because prior to the hotel renovations, the price for the same rooms were unchanged and offered breakfast and bar access. I tried twice to use the two elevators, but each time it was being used by hotel contractors who were transporting construction material and trash as part of the renovations. This forced me to use the stairs and I have disability problems. I will never go to this hotel again.

This place is a joke. The younger staff is clueless and can’t even think the straight. The manager was at Disneyland instead of checking on her property. She never called while I was there or once she returned. The pool/jacuzzi was filthy. The water was cold my daughter tried to swim. There was no bar access or breakfast and no staff to attempt to complete these task. My room wasn’t properly cleaned before I checked in and I after I complained the kid at the front desk just offered to give me new sheets so I could change the bed. The carpets are stained, the walls are filthy. It’s outdated and overpriced.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed. Pool is about 50 degrees. Breakfast a joke. Promised chef for the weekend. Scrambled eggs were unedible. No outside seating chairs are broken. No good.

This hotel was dirty and in extreme need of updating and cleaning. The staff was not able to get the fitness center door open during my stay so the facility was unavailable. The floors all need cleaned and the staff did a lot of sitting around and/or visiting with their family at the front desk. I would never stay here again and not recommend it.

We arrived at this property for a family gathering. Upon check-in, Angel, the front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. When we checked in, we asked for some extra towels. We were told there we no extra towels as the hotel was full the night before and the laundry had not caught up. Oh well...we decided to have a drink at the bar and call it even. Nope...due to "unforeseen circumstances" the bar is closed until further notice. (Would have been nice to know when the reservations were made). When we got to our room, there were crumbs on the floor where someone had eaten something that wasn't cleaned up. We brought this up to Angel who was very apologetic and informed her manager. There were no extra rooms to be moved to so we were stuck. A couple of hours later, my wife went in to take a shower. When she moved the shower curtain, to her horror, she found a long stain of poop. IT WAS OBVIOUS IT WAS POOP!! We immediately packed our things and left. Stopping by the front desk, we demanded a full refund and again, Angel was very, very apologetic. (I felt bad for her as she had to listen to us complain when she had nothing to do with the issue). The manager came in and assured us we would not be charged for our "stay!" This hotel is run down and in need of a good cleaning!! We left and drove home...3 hours away!

Clean hotel, but desperately need updating for the price you pay per room. The bedding was comfortable, but the furniture in the living area was old and very worn. The shower head was something like you would see in a house from 40 years ago and the TV reception was bad. Changed the batteries in the remote control and it didn’t help. Friendly staff.

We arrived a day early from our reservation and when asked the girls at the front desk were very rude so we ended up getting a room at the hotel next door (with no problem). The next day we swapped hotels for the rooms we booked ..As soon as we walked in we were overwhelmed by the smell of sewage (on the 4th floor) .. we ended up having to spray the room down with febreez to make it barrable. Not to mention there was water damage and mold on the ceiling.. the next morning we woke up to no power and dogs barking in the next room as an alarm (I have no issue with dogs in a hotel but it was excessive)..the elevator was also out due to the power outage so we had to walk 4 floors a few times until the electrician arrived. The bathroom was clean and breakfast was not horrible and the entire staff was not like the girls the first night.

0 Dirty dirty dirty This hotel is extremely tired and dirty. You can tell from the minute you walk up. Piles of cigarette butts outside the door, unkept landscaping , a pool that clearly is in need of a massive repair. When you enter the hotel room stains all over the carpet on the furniture. Boxsprings for the bed don’t even have a cover on them. Shower curtain was moldy and stained. Wallpaper is peeling and it smells very old and musty.
