Приехали на такси а нас даже на порог не пустила охрана, полное нарушение закона и наших прав. Не хотел тратить свое время просто уехал в другой отель. Не советую посещать данное место пока прокуратура не проведет проверки и не накажет виновных

Не советую этот отель,не достойный Вашего внимания и времени, персонал и охрана грубые и невежливы. Охрана по пустякам хамит и грубит, устраивает досмотры,причем зря. В общем не советую этот отель!!!!

Блювотный отель с охраной нарушающей все законы страны, а так же трусливым руководством. Вызвали росгвардию на семью. Нарушили закон о защите прав потребителей. Считаю что в таком отеле никому не стоит селиться.

Самый гадкий сервис, самое неуважительное отношение персонала. Могу ещё много написать плохого, но думаю и этого с них хватит. Пишут маловато символов им для отзыва. Но у меня просто закончились цензурные слова, а других они не достойны.

Отличный отель! Сервис на высоте. Персонал очень внимательный и любой вопрос моментально решается. Супруг даже спросил несколько раз «а чего они такие запуганные?»🤣 Меня все устроило. И массаж был чудесный. И тренер по плаванию Павел занимался с дочкой отлично 👏 Мы остались очень довольны. Спасибо Вам и всего доброго! Если бы в спа ещё были джакузи и турецкая Баня - цены бы вам не было.

Все очень понравилось! Высококвалифицированный персонал, любая просьба решается мгновенно! С питание - Вкусно! Учитывают самые экстравагантные пожелания! Приятные мелочи радуют! Дороговато.. но ..вернусь)

Коротко. Персонал на 5 Качество блюд на 5 Территория (размер) на 5 Современность на 2+ - бассейн без подогрева - плитка (отделка) и местами ее качество на 3+ - асфальт без , хотя бы ремонта, много десятилетий. Развлечение на 2+ - кроме игровой для детей, ничего( Площадки на улице, не в счет конечно, они сейчас повсюду. Спа на 3+ - только 1 сауна и то в раздевалке - ОТКРЫТЫЙ БАССЕЙН БЕЗ ПОДОГРЕВА Самое важное это цены. Не потому что нет возможности заплатить, а потому, что это наверно просто не красиво, или как еще назвать, продажу номеров и услуг по ценам не соответствующим их уровню. Да и мелочь, типа надувных игрушек, продающихся в СПА по 10.000 ₽ при их стоимости в 1.500. И такой подход кассается всего. Многие отели в Сочи подняли цены, но тут уже перибор. При прочтении отзывов надо учитывать, что основная (ну или не малая часть) гостей ездит по путевкам от ведомства, к которому относится Отель, а правильней сказать - Санаторий.

Родина в зимней сезон совсем другая . Конечно , обслуживание хромает особенно завтраки в номер : даже шокируют . Меню для заказа завтрака строго до 11 утра как завтраки в Кафе Москва . Это очень неудобно , хотелось бы до 13 . В других отелях Сочи нет таких ограничений. Завтраки очень ухудшились по сравнению с летом и не только завтраки а все питание в номерах . Чувствуется экономия и нежелание ничего делать . Уборка номера очень посредственна , постоянно приходится что-то просить что не поставили и видишь что тебе не рады . Такого летом нет . Хорошо что есть ресторан на пляже он всегда спасает ситуацию . Пожалуйста старайтесь чтобы это не перешло в лето .
