從大堂外觀很復古大氣，和名字一樣富麗堂皇，一來我們就是拍拍拍。可是房間真的不靈光，金玉其外了，因為行程很滿都不在房間，所以訂了個基礎房型。可是萬萬想不到晚上回來進去就是有一股臭雞蛋味道，前台不會中文，溝通花了一段時間想換房間。一開始説叫人來處理房間看看可不可以，不可以再換，大晚上的又花了一點時間，housekeeper衹是用香精噴噴，我也是醉了。後來成功換房，床前沙發也沒了，但好過臭味熏天吧！想着乾淨麼將就一下算了。這個酒店適合商務出差，小童牙刷也沒有，浴室地板超容易滑倒的，感覺需要鋪滿浴巾，不當心摔了一跤。整體工作人員態度是ok的，效率需要提高。酒店建議拍拍照打卡就好，入住的話沒必要。

房間非常舒服，適合在酒店呆一天，設施先進，風景直接面向金沙酒店，最重要的是，服務質量很好，給住客非常尊重的服務態度！而且因為環保，有過濾水可以直接飲用，或者可以燒開，咖啡和茶也不錯

Room is spacious and clean with great view of the quay. Auto toilet was cool but the auto opening of toilet lid when we was about to enter spook us abit. Shoutout and thanks to the management and teams for making our stay more enjoyable with the celebration of our marriage. Staffs were polite and friendly, greeting us everywhere when we walk pass. Will consider staying for anniversary staycation.

酒店建築幾乎有百年的歷史，一股濃濃的老錢風，地理位置特別有優勢：視野特好，對面就是金沙，負一樓通地下通道幾分鐘就可以到達魚尾獅公園，太棒了😋

조싣 및 서비스는 마리나가 나았고
룸컨디션이나 어메니티 같은 경우늨 풀러턴이 훨씬나았음

意料之外的好評！作為歷史文物建築，裝修也近10年的“老酒店”，房間的維護很不錯，雖然沒有什麼高科技現代配置，但是整潔衞生，感覺很舒服。特別推薦一下酒店的早餐，豐富多樣，非常值得一試。酒店位於萊福士坊地鐵站附近，可以走路去到魚尾獅，克拉碼頭等景點，吃喝玩都很方便。

最初想住Fullerton 係因為被佢歷史而吸引，
住過之後，發現真係一間頂級嘅酒店。
其他所有嘢都唔提，
淨係位置已經值得。
步行距離到Lau Pa Sat食嘢，
行兩分鐘至十分鐘可以到魚尾獅、National Gallery、Funan Mall等等。
最後checkout 完放低行李🧳喺大堂，
繼續週圍行週圍玩，
玩完番酒店攞行李出發機場都係廿令蚊圾紙，抵！

Asked for a bubble twice so i can use the bathtub but didn’t receive any though we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Love the water bottle, sleepers are comfortable, love the soft carpet. The Auntie at the breakfast area was awesome. Fast checkin. Front Desk was awesome. They gave my friend an early checkin when we told them that we are going to the Eras Tour Concert.

Great experience in this hotel, which they deliver an excellent services from lobby to restaurant to club floor and room services.
As this is my anniversary trip with my wife, hotel give us a surprise for a room upgrade and small gifts for our celebration. Thumb up !!
Although there have a small noise issue of renovating something around the room floor, when we called to them, they solved this problem quickly and also at night time they sent us some compliment for us for apologies.
Great view from the hotel room and Great location for this hotel, it is convenient to go everywhere with short time.
We will come back next time for the hotel for sure
