I stayed 5 nights with my 13-year-old son from 3rd Aug.2022. When I made the reservation, I asked about early check in from 10am as we arrived in Singapore around 7.30am. Their response was “on availability”. As my son had air sickness, I needed to check-in early to the hotel. I called from the airport and told them my son was sick and asked about early check-in (for extra payment, if needed) ,but the person who answered the phone was very rude and said “No”. The first Impression was that bad. I had to book another hotel on an hourly basis up to 2pm. We showed up and checked in at 2.30 pm. I noticed the hotel was not fully booked. The room was small but clean. The bed, sheets and pillows were clean. No electric kettle in the room. There was a flask. We had to fill it with hot water from a place outside the room. Not enough space to keep our luggage. There was an old small table, one bedside cupboard and a very small cupboard (only for hanging some clothes) with some broken cloth hangers. No refrigerator and a safe locker, too. In the bathroom there is only one soap and a small shampoo tube with a broken shower. Towels were there, but we didn’t use them. The positive thing is the location: a 2-3 minute walk to Farrer Park MRT, Mustafa shopping Centre. This might be alright if you’re absolutely only there for sleeping.
