Cleanliness is generally tip top although some weird smell over the bath tub when water is flowing out.
Swimming pool is small , get cramped easily, especially peak season.
Location is great, nearby a lot of shopping malls.

Stayed for a night and the view was amazing from the room. Would come back on a holiday period to stay here again. Staffs were nice and kind to help us around :)

We really love our staycation here. Come here to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We chose the executive room but they graciously upgraded us to the premier king room. Friendly staff and the room is clean and well maintained.

The hotel is located at central very convenient to get around. There’s a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Room was clean and spacious too.

Stay here with my sister for 2 night and its completely an amazing stay. The stay is actually a gift for my sister for her graduation day. Requested for deco but somehow they unable to do but I appreciate it as they upgrade my room and suprise us a delicious cake when we came back from our busy plan. Unforgetable moment was watching TV till morning love the chromecast which all hotel should have this. The gentleman at the driveway on the day of my check in he is so profesional both of then i didnt manage to get their name. That night when we came back from dinner he recognize us and welcome us back. On the day check in the staff who check in us did a great job although he could be more friendly but thanks to him for upgrading my room. The housekeeping service and cleanliness is tiptop thanks for making the bed comfy. The operator should be more proactive in answering the call. Overall my stay is perfect!

Book for my husband birthday. Hotel feels a little dusty. Since it is for my husband birthday I didn’t complain. Set up quickly and went off to fetch my husband to the hotel. Hotel was nice to deliver a slice of cake over. We also requested for 5 bottle of water and they kindly deliver to the room. Not bad for the price paid

Pleasant stay in Carlton hotel, the location is great (Near to a big shopping mall with lots of food options) and accessible by train! The service is great too, able to assist whenever needed. However, the downside is the cleanliness of the room. Upon entering the room, saw some ants on the table, slight stains as well. Overall, still a lovely experience but could do better with the hygiene aspect!

Hotel is located at City Square. Very convenient to go anywhere. Food located nearby are amazing. The service is super. Had requested for a higher level room but receptionist had other plans upgraded the whole room. She is so sweet, didn't catch her name. The view is amazing. Though the windows is abit, VERY SLIGHTLY, dirty. The bathtub is so comfortable. All around good service. Room is clean as well. There is literally nothing I can complain of. I'm just very satisfied.
