The room is spacious and that the front desk staff were helpful in facilitating an early check-in.
It just a basic breakfast offerings at the hotel. recommendation to explore outside options for better choices is valuable for future guests.
Cleanliness issue with the water bottles provided in the room, as I noticed small white particles in the water when using kettle for boiling
Furthermore, it's unfortunate that there was a discrepancy with the cleaner regarding a missing kettle during check-out.
Overall, while my stay had some positive aspects such as the spacious room and convenient location near amenities and the Metro

Clean and full of amenities but less expensive. Good access to subway station and a few stops to the city centre of Shenzhen as well as checkpoints to Hong Kong. Highly recommended.

Rezen Dong hotel was my first hotel in China and it was not great. The carpet in the room I was given was filthy, there was a terrible smell and the room also smelt musty and damp. The corridor carpet was filthy to, and required a deep clean. It also smelt like cigarettes. Overall, I hated being in that room and could not wait to leave. However, I may have been given this horrible room because I arrived early morning before the other rooms were ready, but the language gap made it difficult to determine. It was very close to the Huqiang metro station and walking distance to the Huqiangbei markets for electronics. There were lots of food options around, and while the staff could not speak English, they tried their very best to accommodate me.

The worst breakfast ever seen. If you arrive at 8:45 or later than 9 ! I arrive 9:02 the situation was all empty buffets. So game over

This hotel is located around 7 mins walk from the metro station. There are many shops in between the hotel and the metro station. The rooms are clean and spacious. Lobby and dining area are neat and clean too.

Good and clean hotel next to Honquiao rd. and subway. The hotel is new, but the isolation...you hear all the noise from outside. The staff at the reception is helpful, but they ask if they could write the review on my phone...no of course. Breakfast is very poor, only chinese food, no even a piece of bread or fruit. Washing machine and dryer available for free.
