Well-equipped rooms and the well private room service, the environment makes me feel relax and comfortable. The room is so clean and tidy.btw, the staff there is so nice, i have a nice experience there.

公寓最值得稱讚的是配套設施，洗衣機帶烘乾功能，在深圳這種天氣濕潤的地方，如果沒有烘乾機，衣服可能要1-2天才能幹，每個房間單獨配置的洗衣機可以自己放消毒液，自己清洗，感覺也更乾淨些。房間還配置了一台家用冰箱，有冷藏和冷凍，即使不做飯，放點水果酸奶也十分方便。

浴巾上面有污漬，看着很噁心🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮。感覺像是血漬，服務員説是鐵銹。
有一個值班服務員態度很差，不管問點什麼事，第一反應都是推諉，推脱責任。
一共三個服務員，最年輕的那個小姑娘態度很好，年齡大短頭髮的態度也很好，最差的就是中間那個。

前台兼工作間在8樓，房間在7樓和8樓，離地鐵站步行5，6分鐘，樓下就是華潤萬家超市，還有麥當勞等快餐，配套很好。房間設施設備很齊全，洗衣機洗衣液都有，窗户這都能打開，方便透氣。

房間簡潔舒適，夠寬敞。周邊吃喝玩樂也很方便，有蓮花山公園、少年宮、卓悦，Coco park、深圳之眼、深業上城。

設施齊全空調冰箱洗衣機帶烘乾，電礠爐都有
衞生：非常乾淨，特別温馨，就像家一樣
環境：一流，交通方便，靠近崗廈，蓮花村北地鐵站，旁邊就有公交站
服務：很到位，每位服務員都是笑臉相迎，值得推薦體驗入住。

入住這裡是一個非常好的體驗。出差過來的，交通方便，前台服務很熱情，房間衞生乾淨，還配有冰箱、洗衣機（烘乾的）.電磁爐等，有種回家的感覺，非常棒。有機會過來還繼續首選入住這裏。

非常棒的體驗！原計劃訂隔壁的平安國際酒店，沒房臨時改定了隔壁的這家伯克麗公寓卻是意外的驚喜！前台美女和保潔大姐都非常非常的熱情，房間內採光通風完美，乾淨整潔，超大床軟硬合適。不是住酒店，而更像是回到自己家裡的感覺。公寓的設備設施齊全，看到很多客人的行李寄存，應該非常適合長期往來深圳出差居住。晚上去蓮花公園散步很方便，樓下就有個很大華潤萬家超市。下次一定住這裏，也推薦給大家。
