酒店位置很好，周邊吃食很多，有茶餐廳，出行方便。樓層高，視野開闊，采光好。前台服務員很熱情，每次有問題找她們都會積極幫忙，前台小妹Linda服務意識高，表揚

這是一間虛有其表的酒店。嚴格來說，只能說是賓館級數。酒店大堂環境不差，但是乘坐電梯度住的樓層一出電梯，一大陣噏臭味。進到房間，也是一股噏臭味。空調不太OK，空調不夠冷。房咭只有一張，還好，我問前台多拿一張， 多的一張插在房間取電，然後出去吃晚飯。還好吃完晚飯回來冷氣還是够的。（因為我們出去吃晚飯，而且去東門逛街去了五個多小時。）可想而知冷氣是多麼的不足夠。除此之外，酒店衛生極差，洗手盆後的污跡10分明顯淋浴間的污跡也10分明顯，說說酒店服務員也不會刻意幫你清潔，但我個人認為久不久也需要來過整頓。因為我是一家四口來住宿，酒店拖鞋只有兩雙，我便要求服務員多給我兩對拖鞋和兩條毛巾。我要求了三次服務員才把毛巾及拖鞋送到房間我不知道是否酒店服務員人手不足所致。但是服務員的態度是非常好。順帶一提，酒店洗手間是沒有地方掛毛巾的，用過的毛巾也沒有籃或者盤可以擺放，我只能把用過的毛巾放在浴缸側。值得一讚的是酒店的花灑和熱水是非常好熱水很夠熱，水壓很好，因為我們是住在15樓的房間。還有一提的是，酒店是AI智能服務，我個人是不太喜歡，因為在退房前，他的AI智能無端端自動播放音樂😂😂😂😂如果無端端喺三更半夜自動播放音樂咁就嚇**😅我們一家都是不會選擇再入住的，因為有小朋友同行，覺得酒店清潔衛生不太好

時隔14年，再次回到熟悉的地方，記得以前這裡是名都酒店，旁邊愛國路上是新王朝酒店，現在兩家酒店樓在酒店已不在。希岸是以前名都酒店這棟樓，新裝修，國慶期間性價比很高的酒店，前台和客房人員服務超讚，老闆要加薪水哦！明天就返蓉啦，歡迎來天府之國玩哦！

有裝修味道，主要入住前一波操作如電視劇感覺，感覺有點回到青旅或者酸菜魚排隊叫號感覺。
到店下單，告知要等退房，好像到了旅遊高峯期。等了十幾分鍾，免費升級高樓層，一推門發現房間還有其他人旅行包，我早幾年就有記錄儀視頻入住準備，正要告知前台，手機想起陌生號碼電話（長沙號碼），當然不接，接着從另一房間跑進一對男女拿走行旅，趕緊彙報前台核實，結果又回到前台拿到攜程標明樓層房間。
一番折騰，進入都大意了裝修味道還以為是劣質香水。趕緊開窗通氣。
後來退房諮詢體驗怎樣，既然有誠意就回答有裝修味道，那個男前台還一臉抱歉遞上礦泉水，算他爭取回一分吧。
苦口良葯，希望以後多開窗，還有前台入住不要搞得吃啊二酸菜魚那樣感覺。

新酒店，設施，衞生都很不錯！服務態度非常棒！主要是地理位置真的好！離深圳站十分鐘路程，附近是東門步行街，出門就是地鐵往西世界之窗，歡樂谷，地王大廈方向一 三號線，往東梧桐山，仙湖方向二號線！很適合來深圳遊玩的朋友！！

這個燈是智能的，挺不好的，晚上上廁所一過去就開燈了，就是不想讓它開燈，結果它自己就開了。電視根本看不了，網絡也是用不了！挺糟心的！希望負責人可以看到問題！！！！

great location, smooth seamless check-in. The decor color theme is pleasant, as was the layout of the room, comfort and amenities. Nice and functional lobby with attentive staff. Breakfast is an added bonus if chosen at time of booking , although simple it does the trick if you need a little something. Overall, would definitely stay again and relatively central enough location.
