我們入住的時候恰逢韓國低温天氣又冷風大，該酒店B1層電梯因風大關不上，有安全隱患。1樓自動門常常感應不了開不了門。不知因韓國人工缺少還是其他原因，我們在酒店點的晚餐用完後的的碗筷放在門口一晚上都沒人收。房間小，負2樓地鐵方向標誌不明顯。

I stayed at this hotel several times but never again. Outside the location, nothing can't be recommended related to this hotel. I want to recommend other hotels around Namdaemun market area and Dongdaemun park.

Location itself is not very good. I need to walk quite a long way back to hotel. Breakfast is very good and delicious. Room size is ok, not too small, but not spacious.

I regret booking this hotel and tried my best not to let this experience affect my business trip and vacation. The hotel advertised themselves as a quiet and clean hotel with soundproofing but it was completely not the case. I requested for a change of room after hearing all the trains zooming about nonstop. I was assured by their staff that the new room assigned will be a really quiet room. I moved over after repacking but it was not the case. It was noisier. I don't think the staff even know what their rooms are like. Trip.com agents were really efficient and I managed to get a refund for the remaining 11 nights and I left after two nights. However, I found out that the hotel double charged my card for the first two nights even though I had already paid and had to waste more time getting my money back. This hotel is just not organised and not interested in providing decent customer service. Also, this hotel is not near Seoul Station at all. There is a long walk underground, through a long walkway and through a mall. I am glad I could leave after booking another hotel at such short notice although at a higher price but it is what it is.

As a 4-star hotel, I would expect more. No ventilation inside toilet & above the shower tub. No spoon, forks or chopsticks provided in the coffee corner, when I called CS, CS asked me to go down to their restaurant to get one ourselves, they cannot deliver 1 directly to our room, what a 4-star excellent service! The only good point I can think of is very convenient location. But the closest subway exit gate closed before 11pm even during weekends… I also don’t know why a 4-star hotel would share the same building with another hotel/residence…

1. 本人與未婚妻於19-23/10/2022一同前往首爾旅行，本意希望住在較高級的酒店，好讓每日旅程勞累過後，能省心愜意的好好休息，故此預訂了入住首爾站朝鮮福朋喜來登酒店(Four Seasons @ Sheraton)，但沒料到卻換來一肚火！ (註：本人未婚妻當初預訂酒店時出錯，只訂了19-22/10/2022期間的住宿，故此22-23/10/2022晚的住宿由本人預訂。本人未婚妻在出發前曾透過電郵聯絡Trip.com / Four Seasons @ Sheraton，希望能將兩個預訂皆安排為同一房間，但截止出發前，仍未獲得酒店通知，有關要求是否受理。到19/10/2022抵達酒店時，酒店方面表示事前未有收到通知！)
2. 我倆於19/10/2022的香港時間0150hr，由香港出發前往首爾。於首爾時間約1000-1030hr抵達酒店，被安排入住於2104號房間。惟當時入住時，發現該房間的浴室/洗手間的門鎖，原來是壞的、未能鎖上。但當時我倆因乘搭凌晨夜機，無比疲累而急欲補眠，且覺得這事對我倆而言，也還算是小事，就著此點沒有向酒店一方深究、要求換房。但同時也另外發現，該房間面向首爾車站，列車的往來聲響甚是噪吵擾人；而倘若欲隔絕噪音而把房間的隔音窗關上的話，該房間的空調控制面板是不能操作，以控制空氣流通。按當時酒店接待處職員的宣稱，當時房間的空調控制面板不能操作，是由於酒店的中央冷氣系統出現故障所致的，因此當下我倆也體諒這份無奈，只要求酒店提供風扇，以確保通風；當時我倆相信有關的不便僅是暫時性，維修過後便無礙。
3. 我倆其後補眠，然後於19/10/2022下午外出開始旅程。當晚回到酒店後，插上匙卡後見房間的空調控制面板仍是不能操作，於是致電向酒店接待處查詢。職員表示會跟進，其後發現房間的空調回復空氣流動，(只是隔天(i.e. 20/10/2022)的早上醒來，發現空調已自動關掉)，但當下我倆也不以為意。
4. 其後的第二、第三、第四晚，上述第3段所述的關於房間空調(通風)問題，竟然不斷重覆！每晚完成當天旅程回到酒店，本擬可以舒心放鬆休息，但居然要一而再、再而三的因著同一件事情，花耗額外的心力和時間，和酒店職員交涉才能真正休息！(作為接待國際外賓的酒店，酒店職員的英語能力之低下，時常不知所云，更是讓人極度不爽！)因著首天(19/10/2022)到埗時酒店職員的說辭，首晚及第二晚，我倆其實已很大的體諒和包容，但問題是去到第三、第四晚仍是如斯！故此在第四晚旅程勞累過後，見情況仍是如斯，我倆實在忍無可忍、怒火中燒，發飆致電接待處職員怒斥痛罵，要求一個合理交待！職員也對這樣的混亂說不出個具體原因，只是對我倆不停的道歉！
5. 本來一直覺得Sheraton 這個酒店品牌就是優質、信心的保證。但經過這趟旅程，我不得不說實在無比的憤怒和失望！
