十年前住過兩次的酒店，當時覺得酒店的服務人員很親切，地理位置佳，出行方便，房間的窗外就是首爾市廳廣場，週末的時候有機會看到廣場上的活動。今年再次入住，雖然酒店比較舊了，但房間維護得很好，非常乾淨，而且服務更加貼心！這次一共訂了6晚，但前兩晚衹有我一人所以訂的大床房，後4晚有朋友帶孩子加入，所以訂的家庭房。第一天入住時和前台提到我的兩個預訂，接待的工作人員馬上在系統裏查找，並很快找到我的兩個訂房訊息，表示如果當天有房的話，會提前安排我入住家庭房不必等到下午3點，如果沒有房衹能12點前先結賬，結賬時可以將行李存放酒店，我則按我的計劃外出，等有了房間，他們會將行李幫我直接放到新房間。結果，第三天中午11點，前台給我打電話，説家庭房可以入住了，他會安排同事給我送房卡並幫我搬到新的房間，同時我之前產生的費用也直接轉到新的房間。非常感謝他們的安排！
PS，酒店room service的海鮮拉麪非常美味，海鮮量很足🤭

硬件不好陳舊，沒有五星的服務，歧視中國人。
靠幾條主馬路交匯口（如圖），隔音差，很吵。房間比國內五星酒店小很多，讓人生氣的是服務人員歧視中國人（如圖），明顯的雙標。出了問題想找值班負責人溝通，酒店客房説經理不在，解決不了。幾個小時後才找到酒店經理進行溝通，衹一味的逃避責任，無語。當時和經理提出退掉後續訂的，酒店不給退，一直到平台介入，酒店才同意。無語。

직원분들도 친절하고;
객실도 깨끗했는데,
조식도 마싯고ㅋㅋ

앞으로 클럽라운지는 안 가야겠어요... 너무 먹어서 살찜.... 피트니스 수영장 라운지 모두 잘 이용했구요, 서울 시청 쪽 뷰도 괜찮았습니다. 호텔 서비스도 좋고 만족해요 ㅎ

서울중심 명동 덕수궁 바로앞이라 아이들에게 보여주고싶어 급으로 호캉스하러갈깡? 하며 결제하고 주말호캉스를 즐기러 갔어용 시설도 깨끗하고 와 왜케 고급진지 건물이 우리나라 맞아 이정도로 넘나 멋스러운 건물이더라구여 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하셨구여 호텔체크인은 사람이 많이몰려서 2시간정도 소요되었어요 그사이에 근처밥집에서 밥먹고 쇼핑도하고 체크인하고 664호로 배정받아 들어갔답니다. 짐풀고 곧바로 수영장에서 신나게 1시간50분정도 재미지게놀고 맛있는 저녁식사 근처음식점서 포장해와서 먹구요 오전일찍 조식도맛있게먹고 진짜편하게 놀다왔네용 재방문의사 200프로 입니다 직원분들 너무친절해요 만족스러워요 : )

방이 생각보다 많이 작아요 ㅜㅜ
수영장도 옆건물로 가야해서 조금 불편했네요.

Great and prompt services (porter, request scale, book taxi). Convenient location right in front of ice skating. User friendly room facilities eg curtains, lights .soft pillows and bed had a great sleep!

We had an awesome stay at the The Plaza Seoul. The room however was a bit odd. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.
