The hotel, service and food are terrific.
Was my worst stay ever, they overcharged for the baby, they charge for losing the horrible bracelet when lose, they ask for deposit for luggage storage, everything was charging extra, plus hotel is old, dirty and smelly … we couldn’t even eat in the hotel, people are not wearing mask when serving the food, people with swimming suits and sand from beach in the restaurant… silverware wasn’t washed properly… noisy hotel, dirty stay… EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IS. Really I can’t believe it’s 4 stars, it should be rated 2stars (international standard)

I was in hotel sol caribe centro, I only went this year , I went January 2023. I could visit different restaurants, I could enjoy the pool and you can eat snacks and I could drink liquor. I really liked it becouse there was a large pool with a bar, there were different restaurants Mexican food, Italian food and the people were very friendly.

We had an excellent time here in Sol Caribe Centro, the accommodation was good, a big space for us 2, and the resting was on par for all the walking and activities we did around the day. We traveled various days to Solcaribe Playa, to take the sun and to do a couple of tours/site seeing activities. We had to take the bus (public transport) to get to various places around the island, but we had no trouble asking for any direction, and really don't mind taking the bus to get somewhere, so it was Ok for us. In the morning before leaving to other places, or in the night, the entertainment staff were doing activities, in the morning some dancing/exercising and in the night some entertaining shows, We had a god laugh on all the activities, the staff was really friendly and good sports, if you are available to participate, do so and meet some great people from the staff (Nichy, Nicolet, Jean Clovis, and Rosenberg) and on all the following days you will keep laughing and having a great time.

Everything about my trip here was disappointing. The people are extremely rude, seems like they are over all the tourists. A little beyond rude to the point it seems they hate anyone not from here. The food was disgusting everywhere, we got scammed on our room, on accomodations, activities. They are always seeing that you are white and charging triple or quadruple the stated price. Their covid procedure is a joke, sucks the fun out of everything. I was very polite with people, smiling and saying please and thank you and would just get cold stares in return. Do not recommend coming here. If you do come here it's not worth staying more than a day to do the main tour. Don't bother with the Airbnb's as they will just scam you.

O Hotel Sol Caribe, fica muito bem localizado, na Avenida Colon # 2 - 77, San Andrés 880001, em San Andres e disponibiliza quartos amplos, confortáveis, ótimo banho, TV de tela plana, ar-condicionado, minibar e WI-FI de boa qualidade. O local disponibiliza uma ótima piscina externa, barzinho, bom restaurante, ótimo café da manhã e tem a vantagem de ficar próximo ao aeroporto, bares, restaurantes e pontos turísticos da Ilha. À noite, geralmente tem shows e apresentações de grupos, da cultura local.

El hotel súpero mucho mis expectativas, antes de venir leí muchos comentarios y hablé con amigos que vinieron. Debo ser sincera, me dio un poco de miedo al leer pero nos arriesgamos. Y supero lo esperado. Encontré habitaciones amplias, baños cómodos, muy bueno el colchón, aseo todos los días de la pieza. Las instalaciones en general y áreas comunes limpias, constantemente están limpiando y al finalizar el horario de la piscina desinfectan todas las reposeras. Todas las noches hay entretenimiento, le ponen mucha buena onda. Todo el personal muy amable. Eso suma mucho! Ahora si bien supero mis expectativas, creo yo, que tienen algunos puntos que mejorar para estar a la altura de un all inclusive. El wifi, funcionó bien los primeros cinco días después muy malo. La comida, podrían varias los menú un poco más. Tener más variedad y reponer cuando algo se acaba. Lo mismo con el desayuno, encontré muchas cosas saladas pero para los que nos gusta desayunar dulce no encontré más que una mermelada. Podrían ofrecer el transporte hasta el hotel sol caribe campo y no pagarlo uno o al menos hasta el club de playa, que lo ofrecen como parte de la instalación y lo tenes que pagar. Para los hospedados en el Sol Caribe Centro, podrían ofrecer sombrillas o carpas en la playa del centro. Son solo críticas constructivas. Recomiendo el hotel 100% y su ubicación es la mejor.

Fue una experiencia normal, las habitaciones está bien, son aseadas y la comida está bien.. sinembargo hay varias cosas por mejorar deje una blusa en la habitación llame el mismo día para que revisaran y la guardarán, pero dijeron que no estaba y no apareció, al preguntar me dijeron que llamaban al otro dia y no lo hicieron, aprovechamos que estabamos alli y pasamos pero se pusieron de mal genio... es un buen hotel pero el servicio al cliente es malo, no contestan, es difícil comunic****, los que dan los almuerzos en el sol caribe campo están de mal genio, especialmente los que atienden en la playa. Creo que de anticipar un viaje se pueden conseguir mejores opciones.
