Renmark Holiday Apartments

Very clean, quiet & ultra modern apar**ent suitable for couples or family. Parking right next to accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine/dryer. Located across the road from the Renmark Club offering great food with a view. Easy process for check-in & check-out. Friendly staff at Renmark Club for any queries you may have. We were attending a family birthday in the area.

A great location and nice clean and quite new accommodation. There was only one tissue left in the tissue box - minor but when racing to find something was a bit inconvenient. The aircon is located only in the lounge and not bedroom. Think even a ceiling fan would be good for the 1 bedroom apar**ent.

We have been to Renmark dozens of times but our first experience with the Renmark apar**ents. Finding your way into the carparking the first time wasn't the easiest, We arrived at 1.15pm and walked across to the Renmark club to check in. We had observed there were no cleaners etc on site at the apar**ents, so we asked to check in. The first lady we spoke with was military style, 'check in is at 2pm'!!!! Fortunately another staff member came along and took over and checked us in. We had difficulty getting the apar**ent door to open so sought help. That lady commented that she knew some of the doors were difficult. Once we were shown the knack we were fine, but others staying there also commented on having similar difficulty. I know there things are minor but when your in the hospitality business, presenation, service and attitude are the three main principals. The apar**ents are conveniently located, well appointed with good kitchen, living area and ok bathrooms. Everything worked and cleanliness was excellent.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in Apar**ent 6 which is 2 bedroom and has a view of the river from our balcony through a gap in the buildings in front. It was very comfortable and quiet as I had requested. We arrived at 2pm on a 42 degree day and would have been very happy if the air conditioning had been put on earlier. It took at least 12 hours to cool down the front bedroom. I suggest that a fan be provided in the front bedroom as it cops the morning sun and the main air conditioner is in the living area. The beds were comfortable and cosy when the weather cooled down. The kitchen was great and the extra comodities provided were appreciated. The dishwasher was handy .We suggest an instruction guide as you have for the oven. More dishwasher powder sachets for longer staying guests ie us would have been handy. I had to ration the two sachets which were provided. Instructions for the hotplate would be good for novices such as us. The door out to the balcony has a funny lock which opened one night on its own ! It is very noisy closing the door and could disturb other residents. The apar**ent was very convenient to the shops , hotel, club and the river. We had a lovely dinner at the Club on the Saturday night. Lovely view. I found Jess on reception very friendly and helpful. We were happy with the secure parking and spent 3 days exploring the Riverland. We will be back PS I forgot to say that the apar**ent was very clean and loved the reed diffuser

The apar**ent was very clean and amenities were good. Easy access and parking. Bed very comfortable and sofa bed was made ready for use. Apar**ent in central location to club hotel cafes and river. Will definitely be visiting again . Thank you for a lovely stay

The apar**ent was clean and modern. I booked a 2 bedroom apar**ent for Friday 20th of October 2023, for 2 nights. I called on that Friday, 20th of October 2023 to confirm the booking, check in and check out times. I had booked the apar**ent a week before the booking date online. Also I had called and spoken to the ladies in the office numerous of times during the week about the apar**ent and the booking. I had a email confirmation for my booking. I called on the Friday morning to find out where I would pick up keys from because I would be there after 7pm that evening and that is when I got told I had no booking. I was really upset to find out that it was not booked and the lady in the office telling me, no you cancelled, also telling me there is no reports of me ringing the office during the week. This upset me, making me feel that I was in the wrong and especially when I had a email confirmation and a record of the times I called. But at the end I was very lucky that the apar**ent was not booked out to anyone else.

Ring and book it, pay on-line to access contactless check in, then receive a welcoming email with apar**ent number and access code to allow entry to your well appointed Four Star room AND convenient private street access after you've finished your wanderings. Walking distance to shopping, specialty shops, wonderful dining facilities, pubs, the river and river walks. Fantastic! Big tip. Drive in, unpack and walk across the road to the Renmark Club for a drink, meal or snack and let the river views wash your cares away. We'll be back for sure...to the town AND the Apar**ents.

Excellent accommodation .... everything you need and then some! Beds fantastic; very quiet position; within walking distance of plenty of shops etc and of course the Renmark Club ... sitting on the balcony looking out over the Murray River from the balcony at the unit and also from the Club; great spot.

I stay here regularly for work and would also stay for holiday trips. These apar**ents are always spotlessly clean, they are modern, and have great facilities. The use of space is very clever to fit everything in. Friendly and welcoming service and good value for money. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a base in the Riverland for business or pleasure.
