価格を考慮した場合このあたりではここ1択だと思います。ただ窓無しの部屋でしたのでちょっと暗い感じがしました

First room we were given was unclean and when I opened the fridge there was a MOULDY OPENED sandwich left there! We requested for another room, went to see it, and it was also dirty, DUST everywhere and very stuffy. The housekeeping ***ager saw us and did a U-turn down the corridor to avoid talking to us! Third room had a dirty carpet so they assured us they would clean it and call us back to check. When we went back the carpet still had clothes threads and other fluff which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed properly! All of this took ONE HOUR to resolve! When speaking with the operations ***ager - Rahul Rao - and explaining that this shouldn’t have been the case and we would like some co****sation for the inconvenience he assured us that he would speak with ***agement and call us back, so he asked for a mobile number which we gave and then told us he would call us back in 30 mins with an update. 30 mins later and no update, we went to his office where he was with another guest so we told him to call us ASAP. He told us he would call us in 5-10 mins. Which again he DID NOT. Another hour later when going to his office to check for an update and query WHY we hadn’t heard anything, he started raising his voice and shouting at me and us!! Absolutely SHOCKING behaviour and attitude towards customers. Clearly he could not take that he had been caught out and not delivered as per his FALSE promises. His ***nerisms were disgusting and incredibly rude, definitely not trained to communicate or deal with HOSPITALITY incidents or situations. After going back to the room we noticed that the bedding had stains and dirty marks, so requested for a clean duvet cover. The boy who came to make the bed didn’t know how to, and whilst laughing was desperately calling someone else for help. When that person came to assist they were still unable to change the duvet cover - this in total took 20 mins, by which time I asked them to leave, and my husband and I made the bed ourselves- only to realise that the new duvet cover itself ALSO had stains and hairs! We asked for another double duvet cover, and received a flat bed sheet, after explaining that we need a double duvet cover again, we then received a single duvet with NO cover. An extremely exhausting and frustrating experience, especially as we have stayed there ***y years ago when it was great! All in all this hotel is an absolute joke, not hygienic, housekeeping staff have no standards, and the ***agement are incredibly incompetent and rude! I would NOT recommend booking or wasting your time and energy at Imperial Palace - you definitely won’t get royal treatment!!! This is more like a one star hotel, we would have been better off in a hostel! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This place used to be lovely, but over the years, it has gone downhill. The rooms are molding, old, and dirty. I had initially wanted to stay three nights but checked out the next day and went to RPJ hotel, which was far more modern and cheaper. Imperial is overpriced for the facilities. The front of the property and reception give that wow feeling, but the rooms need to be *****ped and refurbished. Torn and old carpets. Stained. Bathrooms are smelly and dirty. The front desk could do with learning some ***ners. I would not recommend this hotel. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We had an unsatisfactory experience. At the time of check in we reached 1 hour earlier than than actual check in time. We were told by the front desk that check in time still late. Then we asked for water he said he will take few minutes or else we may go to the restaurant and buy. Ridiculous. The rooms were well made up . But the second day the rooms were not made up well. The dustbin not emptied. Bathroom not cleaned properly(it was stinking). The key card switches were not working properly in both rooms of ours. Once power trips change over takes few minutes after that the electrician only to set it right. There was some repair/renovation going on and the drilling sound was so loud we couldnt relax at all. when requested HK, front desk no action was taken to stop at least for 1 hour. But the food in the restaurant was awesome .In Room dinning was also very good. Overall not worth the value for money. Buffet breakfast is TOP.

Centrally located hotel but lac finess viz a vee prices they charge. Service is little sluggish. Infrastructure is dated but rooms are clean and comfortable. But the airconditioner control is not going above 23 degree Celsius. So one has to shut off the AC if you feel too cold. The exhaust doesn't work. The TV settop box is hanging / resting on one corner of tv set is an eye soar. Shower roo doesn't have hand shower or sitting arrangement. The faucet is on opposite site with broken pipe in room 188. Towels could be if better quality. Breakfast was average in terms of spread and taste. The Bombay expresso coffee and masala tea were excellent though. This hotel has lots of scop of improvement.

Arrived at hotel no one helped me with my luggage there is around 8 stairs to be on reception front helpfully room was normal breakfast only vegetarian because it was Jan festival I asked for my own room something else no way I have been on dinner asked plain potato 3 times to understand what I need

The most horrible experience since the time I entered the hotel. Worst standards in all departments be it ambiance, cleanliness or staff. The staff dose not even have basic experience or ***ners to greet or talk to guests. My suggestion please do not see the ratings of the hotel prefer to stay in some other properties even though they have lesser ratings. Internationl brands will still have basic service and standards than this property.

Probably one of the worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of staying in! Bathroom covered in mould rotten wood work hot water not working. The breakfast was awful the waiter's clothes dirty covered in food stains. When I complained about it the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders. The hotels ***ager didn't even bother calling me! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Excellent property. Banquet staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic view.The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. Would definitely recommend it to someone who is visiting rajkot the imperial place hotel.
