I messaged the hotel privately as we were not there during reception hours (checked in at 2pm and left straight away and didn’t return until 7:30, then left at 7am the next morning), and were quite disappointed with the response. The Deluxe Queen room we stayed in was as filthy as the reply we received. We sent through photos to let them know and thought maybe they could talk to their cleaners, but instead were received a replied calling me a “Keyboard Warrior”, and not even the slightest hint of an apology. Wouldn’t recommend, plenty of other accommodation available in Queenstown with better customer service. ***Photos of spider web with eggs above toilet door, dust thickly coating the skirting, sticky stuff on the walls, flies and filth on the window sills.
