ハンドソープと石鹸のみ有。 三日間コーヒー、紅茶の補充なし。(いわないと補充しなかった) 掃除もなし。レセプションは親切に対応してくれたが、アメニティ関係は最悪だった。

I stayed about 3 weeks in the Sai Maa hotel in Puttaparthi. I was staying in a superior room. As a foreign wo***, I felt very comfortable and safe in the room. The hotel is generally very beautiful, modern and clean. On request, it was possible to get it cleaned every day, the cleaning was impeccable. The bed was very comfortable, I who usually is sensitive to the quality of beds, slept very well during my whole stay. Bathroom was clean, modern, nice and comfortable. AC was working perfectly. Lights were ***y and varied. There was also a little fridge. Laundry service which I used twice was fast and everything perfectly washed and ironed. Staff is everywhere very helpful and nice. So I can sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone who want to have a comfortable and luxurious stay!

My mother and I had a delightful 6-day stay at this hotel. It's a beautiful place, conveniently located near the ashram, impeccably maintained, and boasts a remarkably friendly and helpful staff. Each morning, the hotel hosts an aarti ceremony in its own temple within the premises. The front desk team, Imran and Aishwarya, go above and beyond to ensure everyone's stay is as pleasant as can be. The rooms are impeccably clean, well-equipped, and spacious. The café offers delicious drinks and Western-style dishes with generous portions that are truly delectable. Kiran and Mamta, the staff there, are incredibly customer-oriented and always ready to assist with choices. Plus, they have a top-notch coffee machine that brews some of the best coffee. The downstairs restaurant features an extensive menu to cater to everyone's preferences. It's a fantastic dining option with a welcoming staff that draws ***y guests. In summary, this is an exceptional hotel that pays meticulous attention to guest preferences and details. This marks our second visit, and we'll undoubtedly return for the great ambiance and care they provide.

The food in the restaurant needs an overhaul. Momos were served cold. Chilli sauce is very very bad quality. Green chilli sauce is unfit for consumption. Must give good quality red chilli sauce and green chilli sauce. North Indian food is good. South Indian food needs a big improvement. Waiters need more training. Since the restaurant and hotel is 8n South India it 8s surprising that the south Indian food is sub standard quality in taste. Must be improved. Western food is absolutely tasteless. The chef has to be Innovative and needs a lot of training to cook Western food. Ambience is good.

The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Beds are very comfortable. People working there are really helpful and kind. The rooftop cafe offers an incredible view. Food is good and you can enjoy a true expresso coffee.

Aum Shree Sai Ram!!! We had recently been to Puttaparthy for Swamy's Darshans and being with family, I had decided to stay at Sai Maa Hotel which is at a walking distance from Prashanti Nilayam. The hotel is well maintained and adds a tinge of luxury & comfort to your overall experience. I would also like to specifically thank Mr. Piyush who was at the reception for generously facilitating late check-out. Last but not the least, the in-house restaurant provides variety of delicious food options to satiate palate of young and old equally.

The property is located very close to the Satya Sai Baba Ashram. The parking is in front of the hotel in the open adjacent to the road. The Restaurant has a wide choice of food however ,I found the food very spicy. They must ensure that the food must be palatable across all age group including children. The service was very slow. As regards the rooms, there was a Hi/Fi telephone with intercom facility but even the reception no was not displayed.. The room didn't have a mirror at all and the front office staff took pride in accepting the same. Appeared strange. Over all , just a average rating although the ***agement claims are very tall. Next visit may explore other option although they are very limited and the hotel ***agement seems to be aware of it.

Clean rooms , very close to the Ashram. Room to improve the service at the restaurant. Food is good though so it can co****sate for the service shortcomings. Front desk is very friendly and accommodative. Definitely recommended

What an incredible stay experience. Hotel is impressive clean and value for money. It's well located at the beginning & very close to Ashram, the rooms were well equipped with ultra modern bluetooth speaker phone & good size uhd tv. We took super deluxe room too spacious room with very comfortable mattress and sparkling white linen. Best part hotel is newly built, bathrooms are bigger and much better in comparison to any other hotel in town also they have a well equipped fitness center on top. The staff was really nice every single member of staff really cared that you had a wonderful stay. We tried their restaurant and the food was delicious specially North Indian cuisine and the views from their roof top restaurant add 5star to the whole experience. I ll recommend to unwind day tiredness by relaxing at the roop top restaurant with natural pleasent breeze on your face. Would definitely recommend staying at Sai Maa Hotel & Residency.
