Hotel Enjoy Pucon

El servicio super, las instalaciones también muy lindas, ubicación excelente. Deja mucho que desear el desayuno poca variedad.

Servicio muy completo y todo el personal muy educado y a disposición de ayudar.

Everything was amazingly beautiful but but they didn’t have in off personal in the restaurant area I understand that was the end of the season but still you always need to be prepared. The worst was they didn’t have towels yes not towels for the pool area this really really bothered us so much we only stay in for 2 days but this too days we have to seat in the pool area with out towels unbelievable.

We stayed in the Enjoy! Pucon for 4 nights in February of 2024. During our 4 day stay we got to sample 3 different rooms. This is because I am handicapped and the hotel did their utmost to accommodate me. My thanks to those who helped out. You have my deepest gratitude for your assistance and understanding. When we arrived check in was a nightmare. Cars everywhere outside. People in long queues to check in and no organization to any of it. We finally got to our first room 405. It has a nice view of the volcano. It had AC. A double/king bed, although a bit too soft for my tastes, and it rolled very easily across the floor. The room was an adequate size for a man with an electric scooter. The bath/shower is where the room fell short. It was not designed for tall/large people. The water pressure was great in all the rooms but the distance from the back wall to the tub edge must have been only 2 feet. Hence the shower curtain was hung directly above, and once wet, would stick to you like plastic wrap. Chile has not learned about curved shower rods yet... Day two, we got moved to a room that was not handicapped but better for me, 236. It had a proper shower (good water pressure) with zero tub so it was wide enough to bathe without being entangled. This room had a great bed, firm, and did not slide around the room. This room had a view of the hotels air conditioning, however this did not bother us. AC worked well. Day three, We hit the jackpot and got the only handicapped accessible room, 201. This room had tons of space for my scooter. It had a proper handicapped bath with a wheel in shower (good water pressure) and tons of grab rails!!! It also had a great bed, firm, and no sliding around the room. The view was of the hotel's tree, however this did not bother us. AC worked well. Some of the things that need some work to get to five star status, Handicapped ramp access. Still some ramps needed by the pool towel desk. The elevators are very small. I could only fit in one of the three elevators without taking my scooter apart to make it smaller. The resort ran out of pool towels at 4PM on Tuesday afternoon on a sunny 90+F summer day. Really? Buy more towels or a washer/dryer! Getting ice was a issue, there is no self service ice machines. The bar staff seems to only want to give out very small quantities at a time. I need ice for my medicine and I have ice in my drink all day and night. Stop being stingy with the ice!!! Breakfast was plentiful but the mostly the same each day. Housekeeping services were great. The pool was deep and refreshing when I could use it. Location is excellent. Right in the center of Pucon. Great access to shops, restaurants, etc.. I would stay here again but reserve a room earlier to make sure I get the one handicapper room.

We stayed from the 6th through the 13th, & it was our first vacation in around two years so we may be a little biased, but I think we enjoyed our stay overall! As soon as we stepped inside, we went from wet & cold from the winter rain to warm, balmy, & thawing! It was so good the whole time in the heat department throughout the whole week, & we were reminded of our stays in Florida resorts during the summer & autumn! This did end up making it a little hard to sleep for those of us who love to sleep with the weight of blankets on top of us without getting too hot, but a housekeeper came to us promptly the next day to tell us to feel free to ask for a temperature change at the front desk & to ask us when we wanted to have the housekeeping come in (They came in faithfully at the time we chose every time, too, I believe!), but dad wanted to adjust the heaters himself. That aside, the housekeeping was thorough as far as I’m concerned, & they even cleaned the balcony floor upon our request (We loved looking out at the snowy volcano, beach, & sunsets!)! We were constantly fighting with the shower & bathtub spigots to get the temperature right, I think there was a missing doorknob on one of the master closets, one bathtub was missing a stopper, we had to unplug the lamps & buy a multi-outlet extension cord to plug in all our electronics, & the nearby club & indoor swimming pool areas were being demolished with jackhammers & the whole shabang during our stay (Which was probably why we got that timeshare deal in the first place), but other than that, it was a pretty nice stay, & I can’t wait to go back so we can enjoy the new indoor swimming pool that I hope they’re constructing! We’ve stayed here & in it’s sister resort a few times before & liked it a lot back then, too, so no huge surprises here! We used to be regulars before 2020, & I can’t wait for us to be regulars here again!

Hotel has an incredible location in front of the lake and it is close to all the Restaurants and entertainment. An old fashion hotel that made me think that I was in la Habana, Cuba. They have to pay attention to maintenance as I had a roof leaking (5th floor) and that was not nice. June 2022. the hotel is remodeling some areas and I hope they fix some of the things that i saw . Breakfast in good Hotel antiguo que desafortunadamente necesita ciertos arreglos - El techo de mi cuarto presento un liqueo de agua (5to piso) ..Actualmente en remodelacion - Quizas arreglando algunos defectos . The rooms are kind of outdated, the view it's good but it depends too much on the room you have. The room's refrigerator it's very noisy as well as the air conditioning, so you can't sleep well. The included breakfast it's not buffet and kind of cheap. The shower has just warm water, not hot, you can only get hot water very early in the morning or very late in the night. TLDR;a big disappointment, there are better hotels for the same price in Pucon, don't come to this one

Hotel viejo, pero muy bien mantenido. Ubicación muy buena, cerca del centro y con una vista excepcional al lago. El desayuno muy completo. Muy cuidados los jardines. Las habitaciones pequeñas, con cortinas rústicas. El placard en malas condiciones. El frigobar con cerradura, hay que pedir llave (?) El personal, correcto.

La mejor experiencia ningún problema, el desayuno buffet buenísimo, la playa pucon al lado, piscinas exquisitas la temperada mejor aún, la habitación gigante, 3 camas donde descansamos con mi esposa y mis 2 hijos de 3 y 15, y el vallet parking una joya sin duda recomendable al 100.
