Food and stay is the best of Pathankot. No other hotel matches best western in Pathankot. Restaurant service are excellent. Staff is really very friendly and helpful. Suggest everyone who is visiting to Pathankot must visit and stay in best western.

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Room service was not good Order for food but cutlery not recieved Asked for onions but recieved when food was finished Asked for water bottles not recieved on time Asked waiter to call ***ager but no one bothered to came to us and ask what we face They just ignored our concerns

Pathetic Room Service... Ordered food which was served without cutlery, which provided 30 mins after food was served, Every serve including water asked for was unnecessarily delayed by 15-20 mins, Even Though food was good but the overall service by staff makes the experience bitter

Warm Welcome.....Good Reception.....Good Rooms.....Good Food......Will always like to stay here whenever I visit Best Western la vista Pathankot. The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. Front office staff specifically Miss Dimple is one of the most professional and very courteous who always takes the feedback about the stay and the quality of food being served, which is most important in the hospitality.

The behaviour of the staff at reception is very much friendly . They are very helpful and kind right from checkin to checkout . The guards, restaurant staff also very good. The ambience and maintenance is really impressive. Really wonderful and pleasant experience staying in this hotel. I give 10/10 star rating.
