La location est juste devant la station de métro et très pratique pour aller n'importe où car il y a 2 stations de métro près de l'hôtel. (J'ai choisi cet hôtel après avoir pris en considération un hôtel à Namba puisque je pensais pouvoir trouver plus de restaurants locaux, mais en fait, de nombreux endroits fermés tôt ...) Le service est très bon, mais il serait préférable que les formateurs fassent le check-in avec un personnel supérieur, car il a fallu plus longtemps que normalement et il a fait quelques erreurs, bien qu'elle soit super gentille. Les installations sont si propres et la baignoire publique est aussi bonne à essayer!

We stayed for one night at the St Regis Osaka for my husband’s 60th birthday and were treated like royalty! We were even upgraded to the 2000 sf Royal Suite which was, without a doubt, the most luxurious and beautiful hotel accommodations we have ever had (see pictures!) The concierge was wonderful and helped me plan a small cake, champagne and towel art to be set up in our room for after dinner. My husband loved it! He also enjoyed the Shogun Bloody Mary. We have stayed at many St Regis hotels and he always likes to try the Bloody Mary unique to each location. I think this one is his new favorite! Thank you for a perfect stay and wonderful birthday celebration!!! PS - Also of note, the hotel is a short walk to the upscale shopping area.

I've traveled Japan quite extensively, and so far, this is the one of the best hotel (for it's value) that I've ever stayed in. At first, I had doubts on the hotel location, seeing that I'm travelling with infant and a big luggage, but to my surprise the location is quite convenient. The connection to the subway station and JR station means you can visit almost every tourist attraction in Osaka. Just a few steps from the subway exit, the hotel provides a shuttle bus which operates every 15-minutes. Although, putting big luggage into the minibus was quite a challenge, once seated in the bus you can breathe a sigh of relief. The receptionist speaks English, so the check-in process is quite hassle free. There's a Family Mart behind the hotel in case you are looking for something to eat at night as the area is quite quiet at night. Inside the hotel there are coin operated laundry, vending machine and ice machine so your basic necessities are covered. I stayed in the Superior Room, which is the biggest room they have to offer us there. It was quite spacious and luxurious, and we really enjoyed the bathtub, which was a relief after a few days of staying in small hotel rooms of Kyoto. The view from the room is spectacular. You can continuously enjoy the view of Osaka Castle in the morning and at night. It must have been much more spectacular once the Sakura trees surrounding the castle is in full bloom. The only thing that I could nitpick on the room is that the bed and the pillow should've been as plush as the room. The breakfast menu is not quite extensive, nevertheless it is quite delicious. I will definitely stay in KKR Hotel Osaka again for my next trip.

This location is very near to osaka castle, within 5minutes walking distance. You can easily access to osaka castle in sunrise or sunset or even midnight to take a good photo shot. Nearby there is 7eleven, lawson, family mart, upon you exit from subway station. Breakfast relatively good range of variation and even free coffee for take away. Room is more spacious than you usually seen in dotonbori or namba area. Very easy access to subway. There is no free amenities like moisturiser, lotion.

Trop près du parc de Dajiang City, il y a une route à côté de laquelle il y a aussi le bâtiment du département gouvernemental de Dajiang Fu et le bâtiment du bâtiment NHK. La zone du centre-ville de Dajiang est très bon rapport coût-efficacité. Le hôtel est équipé d'un ménage à la maison et acheté un cadeau de compagnie. La chambre de l'hôtel est très petite, mais elle est propre, c'est que le passage de la nuit et du matin est très épais pour le bébé. Le personnel d'hôtel est aussi très épais.

Bien que le majong soit petit, il est bien équipé pour deux personnes. Il y a un peu de monde pour deux personnes. C'est parfait pour une personne. Les hôtels japonais aideront uniquement à nettoyer les poubelles, à remplacer le papier toilette et à remplir le gel douche et shampoing. Vous pouvez les obtenir vous-même à l'entrée de l'hôtel en bas. Le coton-tige nettoyant pour le visage, la crème pour le visage et le démaquillant sont très pratiques. L'hôtel est très propre et plein de technologie. Il y a une station de métro en face de la porte , c'est donc très pratique pour aller n'importe où. Bonnes critiques !

La position est très confortable, il y a des restaurants autour de lui et il est possible de marcher à Grand Chau. La chambre est avec une maison de style orange, très douce, dispose d'un équipement de lavage de nourriture suffisant, la salle de bain est très douce et propre. La qualité du lit est satisfaisante, mais les enfants pensent que le lit de maïs est trop doux. Il y a une terrasse dans la chambre. Malheureusement, le paysage extérieur est d'autres bâtiments. Il y a un bon paysage. Il y a un bon feu d'ange, mais il ne peut pas regarder dans la chambre. Je vois seulement un peu de feu, c'est dommage. La fenêtre de la terrasse ne peut pas être ouverte, il faut se concentrer sur les problèmes de sécurité. Le séjour en général est très confortable pour trois nuits. Le service clientèle de l'hôtel est généralement impossible à trouver un endroit bon marché pour fournir des voitures avant de passer, mais le personnel est très poli.

Le centre de l'hôtel est situé à environ 20 mètres de la porte de l'hôtel. Il y a aussi des supermarchés excellents avec des déli-style, prêts à manger des aliments japonais (sashimi, tataki, octopus jambes, clams, etc.) à environ 15 minutes à pied. Il y a aussi de nombreux magasins de confort à proximité, et un restaurant McDonald juste en bas de la rue ... pour le désir du cœur. Les autres points positifs sont le personnel poli, la salle de bains raisonnablement bien équipée, les lave-vaisselle et les sèche-linge à pièces disponibles, et le climatisation puissant qui reste sur quand vous n'y êtes pas. Le petit déjeuner gratuit était plus ou moins tout le style japonais, mais il me semblait bon et en abondance à la table de buffet. Un élément négatif est la politique de Toyoko Inn de sortir des hôtes de 10 h à 4 h chaque jour, tandis que les chambres sont nettoyées. J'étais là avec ma fille de 6 ans en plein air, en août, et il aurait été agréable de s'envoler et de se réconforter pendant une heure ou quelque chose de 2 heures environ quelques jours. Un autre négatif est que le lavabo de pièces est situé dans la chambre de petit déjeuner, et je crois que les sèches de vêtements vent directement dans l'air de la chambre. Comme première impression, la situation de cet hôtel peut sembler un peu aléatoire, à part être généralement assez central à Osaka, mais dans un quartier tranquille, permettant un repos de nuit, Mais une petite exploration a bientôt révélé que le (très spectaculaire) parc Osaka Castle est à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le Musée d'Histoire de la ville de Osaka est encore plus proche, donc en fait le lieu est très soigneusement choisi. Certains de l'équipe du bureau frontal ont manifesté une attitude subtile mais claire de mépris, qui n'est pas normale pour le Toyoko Inn ou même pour le Japon en général - peut-être quelque chose à voir avec le syndrome de la grande ville de Osaka, Le petit déjeuner japonais est inclus dans le prix. Il y a un autre hôtel Toyoko dans la région juste près de la gare Tanimachi Yonchome, donc si vous devez utiliser le métro, c'est une meilleure option. Si vous n'avez pas, soyez prêts à un hôtel de mi-range entièrement fonctionnel qui accueille principalement des voyageurs d'affaires japonais avec presque aucun espace de stockage de bagages.
