We had few badlucks during our trip in Serbia and the hotel has been really accomodating and helpful. The receptionist (blonde lady) in the evening went extra mile to sort us out and find a mechanician at 10PM on Easter’s Eve.
The room design was quirky and unique.

Don't overlook this hidden gem . . . from the outside it may not look very special but once you are inside, you are in for a treat. There are just nine rooms so it fills up fast. I was fortunate to receive one of the premium newly renovated rooms right across from the lobby desk, and it was very spacious, double the size of most rooms. Each room features special art work (hence the hotel name). Pillows were plentiful and front desk staff is available 24/7. While I did not purchase a breakfast in the morning, they did have a small little "sweets" area for free in the lobby with donuts, juice, etc., sort of a mini continental breakfast that tided me over. It's too far to walk from the bus station, but taxis are around. It is an easy to moderate walk to most sights and the staff provided a very good map so I never got lost. If your travel plans include Nis, book a room here, and early since it is popular.

Jedes Detail im Hotel zeigt eine sorgfältige Planung und Ausführung. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen gelungenen Mix aus Komfort und Kunst. Das Personal im ArtLoft Hotel verdient höchstes Lob. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mir bei meinen Anliegen zu helfen. Ihr professioneller Service trug dazu bei, dass ich mich rundum wohl und gut betreut fühlte. Lokation des Hotels ist günstig, da es in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich wieder in Niš bin.

Bella sorpresa a Nis dove ci siamo fermati per caso tornando dalla Grecia .In uno stabile degli anni 50 un appartamento è stato trasformato in hotel :camera grande e così pure il bagno molto recente e con tutti i confort . La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo ed è stata più che soddisfacente . Personale educato e molto disponibile .Nelle parti comuni sono pesanti opere di arte moderno. C’è il parcheggio
