Hotel staffs not attentive to the guest, front office not accessible. House keeping don’t change beddings and lack of room amenities. For location and cleanliness just want to be fair, the hotel is connected to the mall and the room is clean on the first day, however since they did not changed the beddings and towels and didn’t pick up the trash, even charged us for stains in the sheets which is already there when we checked in. Sorry but it’s the worst hotel and worst three days I’ve ever experienced as a traveler. It’s
