住五個晚上衹有一個晚上有空調，房間温度衹有16度， 向前台投訴就説明天找人維修，太差了，肯定不會再住這個酒店！

Hôtel très sympa avec une décoration affirmée et travaillée. Une ambiance cosy qui fait qu’on se sent bien avec un nombre de chambre réduit. La « suite » était vraiment petite. Le restaurant simple et savoureux. Une équipe jeune et pleine de bonne humeur à l’exception de l’accueil du restaurant pas très professionnel. Je vous recommande ce pied à terre pour une escapade à Milan!

Anche se sono stata a pranzo al VMaison vari mesi fa, ricordo molto bene l'esperienza che è stata molto buona. Ho ordinato dei fantastici club-sandwitchs, consigliatissimi, ed un ottimo tiramisù. Al di là della qualità delle pietanze, il contesto del ristorante è incantevole, all'interno di un boutique hotel stupendo e molto raffinato. отель производит впечатление с первых минут!! Каждая деталь невероятно хороша! Потрясающий персонал! Не понятна история с кондиционером- каждый раз нужно обращаться на ресепшен, чтобы регулировать его! В номере ты сам не можешь! В итоге меня сильно продуло ночью! Не понравилось, как громко говорят официантка и повара при гостях! Совершенно не можешь расслабиться и им до тебя никакого дела! В отеле 5 звёзд не готовят номер ко сну! После уборки мы не нашли в ванной мыло и принадлежностей для душа! Официантов при пустом баре нужно просить подойти и дать меню! Но по поводу еды- она потрясающая! Паста военрук лучшая!!! Отель рекомендую, но надо исправить некоторые моменты описанные выше!

Wow what a gorgeous new boutique hotel! Stylish, immaculate, nice staff, perfect area to be close enough but not too in the middle of the madness. Right next to the park! Lovely staff. Will return for sure. 🤍 Lovely bar also! I’m staying alone before I go to como for a wedding (I used to live in Milan) Now this will be the hotel I use when I return every time.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with stunning rooms. Excellent location. There were two negatives. The first is there were parties in the hotel bar for 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. Given the amount we were paying I felt it should have been disclosed before we booked. There was house music playing until at least 11pm and guests were unable to access the hotel bar for an after dinner drink, which was a disappoin**ent. I was told that the restaurant had a different owner and the staff was apologetic, but I expected more consideration given the price I was paying. All of the staff were truly excellent, with the exception of one member at the front desk. She had a bad attitude and was unpleasant to interact with. She seemed to be unaware she is working at a 5 star hotel. I had a request for information that she said “wasn’t her job,” yet when I asked the same thing of my concierge in Florence they were incredibly helpful. In summary, this could be an absolute gem and one of the best boutique hotels in Milan if they improved their customer service issues.

Pros: - warm and homely a**osphere and design - clean room - good location by Parc Sempione - lovely lounge area outside - polite and helpful staff at reception. They even arranged for a bouquet of flowers on short notice - Stendhal restaurant in the hotel is delicious (we only had desserts), and the young man working there was very polite and helpful Cons: - the buffet breakfast is poor. Only fried eggs are available as hot food, and ours were slightly undercooked

We stayed at the hotel in February, one room and one suite. It was winter. On the first night the heating did not work properly. Furthermore, there is no individual temperature control in the rooms, and it is necessary to ask reception for help controlling the temperature in the rooms. At certain hours there is no hot water (!). There was a lack of toilet paper (!). The hotel has serious infrastructure problems. There was no manager on site. We were informed that “they are traveling”. The breakfast is very poor. No variety of cheeses (just plain sliced yellow cheese) and no fruits. The reception staff did everything they could to help, but unfortunately they didn't have many options. In the end we were reimbursed for 2 nights. I don't recommend this hotel, unless they solve the problems. The decoration of the hotel is very beautiful. In any case, it is a 4 star hotel with serious problems to solve.
